In the master closet, you will find some extras - beach chairs, beach toys, ice chest, and even a baby seat that you can secure to a chair in the kitchen for family dining.

Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms, one bath and the laundry area. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed with a bathroom located in this bedroom which gives this condo dual primary suites! This bathroom attached to this secondary primary suite has a walk-in shower with beautiful tile work. The secondary bath also offers spa-like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and plush towels!

The third bedroom upstairs is a small, cozy room which is our fun, tiny bunk room with twin bunk beds - a perfect place for your little ones! This bedroom has a bean bag with a reading light for kids. This bedroom is small and perfect for little children but does not suit adults comfortably.

The laundry area is located upstairs and we provide complimentary laundry soap and fabric softener sheets for your convenience.

Directly across the street is Ulberg Park which features BBQ pits, a playground, a multi-station exercise course and a basketball court. Mustang Island is only two miles away for that fun beach day! There are plenty of activities to do at Goose Island SP or Lake Corpus Christi SP like Kayaking 101, a wetlands education tour, a catfish cove kayak cruise or the Junior Ranger Academy where your kiddos can become a Level 1 Junior Ranger! Head to the many restaurants, coffee or souvenir shops and entertainment options just minutes from the condo. You can visit the Corpus Christi Aquarium or spend your day visiting nearby Port Aransas! It is all just a close drive away!
