Your private paradise awaits at Fish Camp Buyout, an incredible 5-bedroom home plus 1-bedroom cottage nestled on the wetlands in Port A! This spectacular home provides a truly unforgettable experience, designed for both fun and relaxation during your next group getaway.

The main house living area is located upstairs with an open floor plan connecting the living area, dining area, and kitchen. Rustic, ocean-inspired design throughout the space adds unique character, while exposed wood beams and wood floors give the house a warm and cozy feel. Prepare home-cooked meals for your crew in the fully equipped kitchen, which boasts a large island with barstool seating, patterned tile backsplash, and high-end stainless steel appliances. An oversized butler’s pantry makes the kitchen fit for accommodating large groups and entertaining. The cottage features an inviting living area, dining area, and kitchenette so your guests can spread out.

Six comfortable bedrooms provide a restful retreat for everyone. The primary bedroom features a king bed, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and claw foot tub. Bedroom 2 features a king bed, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom, while Bedrooms 3 and 4 each feature a queen bed and have a shared jack-and-jill ensuite bathroom. (Please note that Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 are not attached to the main part of the house). Bedroom 5 is a bunk room featuring a total of four twin beds, ideal for little ones. In the cottage, you’ll find Bedroom 6 with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the cottage living area. There is an additional half bathroom in the main house boasting a unique style of its own. Wrap-around balconies span the home. Each one boasts breathtaking views of the nature preserve, where you can watch the birds while you sip your morning coffee, or soak in the unforgettable sunsets.

Fish Camp’s yard is a true private oasis, adorned in tropical greenery and animal statues that give the property a magical atmosphere. There’s even an old boat that has been transformed into a seating area – it’s an ideal place for pictures! In the center of the yard lies the incredible private pool. Soak up the sun on a poolside lounger before cooling off in the pool under the cabana umbrella. The covered poolside patio is designed for outdoor living all day long, with plenty of seating, a TV, and an outdoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen features a propane grill and bar area, while a second outdoor kitchen on the upper deck offers additional prep space. Fire up the grill, shake up a cocktail, and enjoy the perfect evening BBQ. Guests will also have access to the community pool located near the cottage. The outdoor space is complete with an outdoor shower and toilet - every detail has been considered.

Located in the golf cart zone, guests can rent a golf cart and drive across 361 for easy access to the beach, eateries, and shopping. Jay's Seafood and Spaghetti Works are within walking distance.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Great Family House

Our time a Fish Camp Buyout was great! We had an issue with the exact location, but I expect it will be solved soon. There was plenty of room and the home was perfect for a big family like ours. I recommend it for a large group!
