"Sunflower est une belle maison construite sur mesure avec quatre chambres et trois salles de bain qui attend votre famille. Le premier étage dispose de trois chambres spacieuses; une chambre queen lumineuse et ensoleillée avec télévision à écran plat, une chambre super amusante avec deux lits superposés intégrés et une suite principale que vous ne voudrez plus quitter! La suite principale dispose d'un lit king-size luxueux, d'une véranda privée donnant sur le lac Colby, et d'une salle de bain attenante avec baignoire à jets, douche carrelée extra-large et double vasque en granit. Le deuxième étage est le lieu de rassemblement idéal pour votre famille et vos amis. Profitez des repas de famille préparés dans la cuisine spacieuse avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, un four double, des comptoirs en granit et un évier de ferme dans l'île. La table à manger pourra accueillir au moins 10 membres de votre famille et vos amis. Couler dans les fauteuils en cuir ou le grand sectionnel après une journée sur la plage. Une chambre à coucher supplémentaire et une finition de salle de bains accueillant tous les invités. Le deuxième étage dispose également d'un espace extérieur incroyable pour votre groupe. Une grande cuisine extérieure avec un mini-réfrigérateur, un évier et un grand grill font de la cuisine une autre activité amusante pour tous. The bedroom/bath combo on the same floor as the kitchen/living/back porch was a blessing as our sister has trouble with stairs and we spent most of our time there. Other bedrooms were downstairs and that was great. Loved the back porch with BBQ pit and view of the lake. Master bedroom/bath were great.

Unfortunately cinnamon shore did not provided the expected customer service. We greeted poorly upon arrival at the check desk. We had 9 people total in the house and ran low on toilet paper. I requested toilet paper on our last 2 days at the house and was told to I can buy some at the store. Given the amount of money I spent on the house rental and golf cart this is not the caliber of customer service I expected. Not sure if this is due to lack of training from the company or the state of affairs that is present in the world.

Crowded and claustrophobic

Reviewer Comments: Cinnamon Shore may be OK for families with children and young teenagers but not for others. While the accommodations are well constructed and generally well maintained, we found the resort itself crowded and claustophobic - we felt 'packed-in to a narrow confining neighborhood. The homes are constructed on top of each other, the streets are very narrow and cars and beach carts are constantly driving around or parked all over the place - little chance for walking safely anywhere. The on-resort eating places (pizza house, restaurant and sandwich shop) lacked necessary capacity for the the number of resort visitors. In summary, some nice residential facilities crammed in to too little space.

Reviewer Comments: We had a power outage the weekend we were here....but all in all the place was perfect to be cooped up in.....there are plenty of common areas for everyone to relax and hang with each other. [Coffee Maker doesn't work]We were unable to figure out the television set. Too many remotes and there is a book with instructions, but even that didn't help. Once I figured out how to get to the channels...there was no sound. Other than that, the home is amazingly equipped....especially the kitchen. Being next to the lake was a plus and the lower back patio was perfect. Very happy with our stay.

Our favorite parts were the peaceful and relaxing back porch (can't beat that hammock) and sharing meals on the upper porch seating. It was so nice to have the lake behind us as it gave more of s secluded feel while in a large community. The kitchen was very well stocked and all the rooms were all very comfy with plenty of room for a couple families to stay. We took full advantage of the pools and easy beach access (highly recommend a golf cart) along with the restaurants there at Cinnamon Shores . We can't wait to go back!

The house was wonderful. High end finish out. Cinnamon shore check in and out was the easiest of anywhere I've ever stayed. Located on a small lake where you can practically fish from the back patio.

On the phone, they were not very helpful and seemed ill-prepared to book a reservation. Then they charged my credit card twice for the deposit. Additionally, it seems ridiculous that we couldn’t extend our checkout to 11am departure. I understand that there are people checking in that afternoon, but not until 4p. For the premium price we pay to stay, I think you could honor an 11am checkout. Again, the front desk seemed annoyed and hassled by a simple request. It seems like you should offer movies or activities 7 nights a week in the summer. You have guests staying and it’s high season. There are other options in the area when we are deciding where to book again!!

We had looked at others in a similar price range that had more luxe decor but decided we'd enjoy the more laid back colorful interior design of this home since we were staying with four children and didn't want to be worrying about them messing anything up. It was a smart choice. The home was incredibly comfortable, well furnished with very thoughtful storage compared to the numerous rental homes I've stayed in over the years. We appreciated all of the drawers, cabinets, shelves, hooks, etc. so we were never at a loss for where to store things. We had an issue with needing to restart the Dish and the maintenance folks at CS were super friendly and helpful. Overall an awesome house and stay! Only teeny complaint would be that the skillets are a bit tired and could probably be replaced (they're kinda scratched up and one doesn't lay flat on the stove anymore). Other than that the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. Even had a KitchenAid mixer! Oh and we also loved the outside furniture and felt like it was better than a lot of the other properties. The hammock and swivel fan were the bomb for reading a book and taking a nap in the afternoon!
