Just down the road from the exciting Gulf of Mexico, this lovely property with two cottages is the perfect place to get away with your loved ones for some beach vacation fun! Spend your days at the beach or touring the area that's simply filled with fun attractions, eateries, and exciting activities. You'll be able to enjoy the wildlife and beautiful sunsets from this lovely secluded retreat, stretched out over two-and-a-half acres.

Inside Perch cottage, you'll find a bright interior that's flooded with natural light. The charming ocean-themed decor will make you feel right at home as you sit on the comfortable furniture to carry on great conversations or host a movie night on the TV together. Hobby chefs will love creating culinary charms in the kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, oven range, and microwave. With a King-sized bed in the bedroom with a fantastic view and a TV for private viewing, this cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway or a small family, as the sofa in the living area converts to a bed. Watch a spectacular sunset while rocking in the rocking chairs or dining alfresco on the patio, making memories that'll last a lifetime.

Upon entry to Grouper cottage, you'll be greeted with a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Enjoy the rustic yet modern stylings of this quaint cottage, filled with everything you need to have a memorable vacation. Make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, holding a great conversation, or watching movies on the TV in the living area. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the kitchen, equipped with a formal dining table and all the cupboard room you'll ever need. Dine alfresco or take your brunch out to the patio where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the pond and watch the ducks and coastal birds. With four beds, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities. Gather around the firepit to roast marshmallows and share stories until the stars come out to dot the sky.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
