I stayed here with a friend for two nights on a fishing trip. (YouBet Guide Service Captain Richard Coan) The house was super clean, modern and well appointed and we had way more room than we needed. I don’t have a bad thing to say about the house. It was great and being close to the harbor where we launched from was super convenient. Will book again when in Rockport.

We had a wonderful stay over Labor Day weekend. We were there for a wedding. The house was supposed to have a pack-n-play for our granddaughter. It was not there when we arrived. I called and the manager went to Walmart and bought one. She delivered it to us while we attended the wedding. Thank you.

Do not stay here if you are expecting to be near the ocean. The ocean view is inaccurate. Our view was of a couple dilapidated mobile homes.. one of which was undergoing loud construction for days. We found rockport beach which is actually more of a lake vibe. There are no beach like waves and jelly fish are EVERYWHERE. We had to find a local resident to tell us where to find the actual beach. We then had to drive to Aransas Pass and get into a ferry to get there. The home is nice. It is however covered in ants inside and out. When we called about it the manager text the next day and dropped off raid for us to treat the ants. I contemplated not reviewing at all because of these issues and also because the property is for sale ..i doubt the review will matter in a few weeks. Anyway. If you're looking for a family beach trip find a house closer to a beach. Not rockport beach

Although this home was ideal for my small family, it was conveniently located near essential amenities. The beach, grocery store, and restaurants were all within a short distance, and the surrounding area was both tranquil and picturesque. Despite the management’s assurances, the persistent bug infestation, including ants on countertops, floors, and even in the beds, severely disrupted my children’s sleep. Later that night, a flying bug problem also plagued my bed and walls. Unfortunately, the management was unable to resolve the bug issue due to a scheduling conflict.Furthermore, the lingering odor from the property, despite the smoking ban, was reminiscent of a home attempting to conceal the smoking smell. While the property is pet-friendly, it is important to note that pet hair is prevalent, as evidenced by the extensive presence on my baby’s face.I hope that the management will address the bug and odor issues for future guests.

Short vacay

Went for a fishing trip. This place was very clean. The only thing i had an issue with was there wasn't a bbq pit as depicted in pictures. Minor issue. Other than that the stay was great. Very quiet and nice area.

Family getaway

House was clean and everyone slept comfortably. Only thing that was missing was a bbq pit but that was not a big issue. Bed sheets and towels were clean and I liked that the owner did supply extra beach towels and a nice map of the city with places marked to eat or entertainment
