Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

The property was as advertised. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The property manager was great with communication. Overall a nice stay.

I was unimpressed with the condition of my condo. Upon arriving I was very excited since we had stayed here 2 yrs ago. However I won’t be back. The condo was not throughly cleaned coffee grounds in cupboards along w/ food left in them. One bathroom had unidentified splat on the wall the same bathroom had a light out. I reached out to the manager expressing how the condo was not cleaned and wanted it taken care of. He replied back w/ an apology and sent a handy man over to replace the bulb is all. I was not happy with his response at all.

If you stay here you need to be prepared to bring EVERYTHING you may need to prepare a meal. The place lacks basic essentials you need to make your stay a pleasant one. There are also no hangers or hooks to hang any clothes or towels. No hose to rinse off any sand from your feet or items from the beach before entering the house. The dryer sounds like an engine of a plane and can be heard from outside. We could not dry clothes while we were in the house, because of how loud the dryer was. It made it extremely unpleasant.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The place was super clean and nicely decorated. It was perfect for small kids and dogs with tile floors and practical furniture. We only cooked breakfast and had ample dishes and pans. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses and pots and pans. If you plan on cooking dinners, bring your spices, oils and extra paper towels. The maintenance department is super responsive. We called because we didn’t have hot water in the shower and Tony came immediately and fixed the problem. I have very minor suggestions for these condos. First please put a light out front on the sign located on Station street. This place is easy to pass in the night in the dark. . The property itself is well lit at night as I walked the dogs several times each night and felt comfortable . Next remove the tiny rug in front of the sink, it is cute but not practical as it rolls up under your feet. Replace it with a cute kitchen mat. Also extra paper towels in the kitchen would be nice along with tissues in the bathrooms.
