The boat slip behind this two-bedroom canal-front townhome allows you to embark on boating adventures from your own backyard! Inside, comfortable furnishings and a smart TV make it easy to unwind. Sip cold drinks on the waterside deck or admire views of the canal from the private balcony.

When you’re ready for a sun-kissed day on the sand, it’s just a short drive to Whitecap Beach. You’ll also be close to local parks and restaurants.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

We had a nice stay and enjoyed being right on the canal. Our bed in master was comfortable and we loved the double deck. Condo was stocked with all the kitchen necessities and was please to find little stash of coffee grounds since the place is stocked with standard coffee maker. We originally had brought keurig cups. The only complaint was made by the kids stated the bunk mattresses were not very comfortable. Thank you for letting us stay hope to come back!

Bed and couches too soft and lumpy. Everything works but shows a lot of wear. TV was limited streaming. The place was very clean. We rented so I could fish from deck, which I did. I caught one catfish, and a neighbor told me that's all I would get there. Recommend updating.

This place was perfect for some fishing and relaxing on the balcony! We easily fit a playpen for two babies on the balcony and inside the house. Plenty of room and well stocked. It’s a very short drive to the beach as well

Very nice place, we had 3 adults, but would accommodate children as well. Kitchen could use a toaster. Needs a couple of pillows for the Master bedroom. The deck was a very pleasant area to sit on while overlooking the canal. I would definitely go back.

Super cute house perfect for what we needed. Enjoyed the deck and being able to fish while not at the beach. We thought it was a private deck, it's not its shared with the condo next door. The kids bedroom does not have a tv so the kids slept down stairs. The master bedroom bed needs to be replaced, it's an old spring mattress that has 2 foam pillow toppers on it and you sink into it. we went to the store and go 2 pillows, the only 2 pillows on the bed were flat and worn out. Not huge complaints just things that we as renters look for in reviews. We couldn't get the wifi to work for the kids games or tablets but that ended up being a good thing. Kitchen is well stocked. Cleaning staff did a great job on the house.

My wife and I and 3 of our adult friends stayed here and it was very nice. The location was perfect. Short distance to the beach and a boat slip to keep my boat in. We fished a few days and went to the beach the others. Nice deck for night caps. Underwater fishing light for fishing of the dock at night. The rain gutter above the sidewalk needs to be repaired though as it has a big leak right in the middle of the walkway to the front door. Other than that minor detail the rest was great.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay immensely. There were 3 adult ladies staying and we felt safe and secure. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed except coffee cups. But, we used the small plastic glasses in the cabinet that worked out fine.

Very nice and comfortable condo to stay in Padre Island. Boat deck made it easy to dock boat and the boat ramp was very close. Great place to stay and close to beaches as well.
