Just completed in 2023, this Texas Gulf Coast gem comes fully fit for modern living, with elegant design and high-end features furnished for ultimate comfort. From the sunny furnished patio to the covered dining area on the deck, and the upper balcony, the private outdoor areas are ready to set the scene for all-day lounging. A gas grill is also equipped in case you're in the mood for a backyard barbecue. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. If you feel like venturing beyond the resort, Port Aransas offers a variety of shops, dining, and local attractions less than three miles away.

The main floor's open layout is ideal for gatherings of friends or family, and plush living room furniture is ready to welcome the whole group for casual downtime. A large smart TV is equipped for home entertainment. The gleaming, stainless steel kitchen is designed and equipped for gourmet meal inspiration, with features including an island gas range and. dishwasher for easy cleanup. A furnished loft living area includes a smart TV and a collection of board games for added family fun. Essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
