Inside, you’ll find a comfortable and thoughtfully designed layout:
- Master Bedroom: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom
- Guest Room: Two twin beds plus a twin-over-twin bunk bed
- Living Area: Open concept with cozy coastal decor and direct access to the patio overlooking Little Bay

- Fully equipped kitchen with essentials for easy meal prep
- Smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi for relaxing evenings
- Washer and dryer available for guest use

This condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults, plus children (per Rockport’s Short Term Rental Ordinance) and will comfortably sleep up to 8 people.

Your well-behaved furry friends are welcome too — up to two pets allowed for a small fee!


Guests have full access to:
- Private boat slip (please note: no trailer parking on-site; trailer parking available elsewhere nearby)
- Sparkling community swimming pool
- Tennis and pickleball courts
- BBQ and picnic areas for outdoor gatherings
-(There is a locked supply closet that is not accessible to guests.)

Host Interaction:
We give our guests space but are always available if needed! Should you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, a local contact is available 24/7 to ensure your visit is effortless and enjoyable.

Other Details to Note:
- Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are welcome with a $50 fee per pet
- Quiet Hours: 11 PM – 7 AM (please be respectful of neighbors)
- Occupancy: Maximum of 6 adults; children under 18 do not count toward the limit
- Trailer Parking: No boat trailer parking is allowed at the complex. Please plan accordingly.

House Rules: Please pick up after yourself, keep noise levels low during quiet hours, and treat the space as you would your own.

Grocery Pick-Up & Fridge Stocking: Let us pick up your HEB order and have your fridge stocked upon arrival for just $50. Simply send us your order, and we’ll handle the rest.

Fishing Trip Scheduling: Interested in a fishing adventure? We can arrange a fishing trip with one of our trusted guides for $75, plus the cost of the trip. You won’t be charged unless the trip is booked.

If you'd like to take advantage of either of these services, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after booking. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please be sure to sign your rental agreement as quickly as possible.
