Bella Vita Beach House w/private heated pool is on 11th Street in the golf cart riding zone. In the heart of Port A close to shops & restaurants. One block from the beach or 60 sec by golf cart. One of few houses with ground level living area, no stairs on 1st floor. Total 3 bdrms/ 3 full baths. 1st floor has 2 bdrm & 2 full baths, kitchen & living room. 2nd floor has private entry, kitchen, 1 bdrm, 1 full bath, &living room with pull-out couch. Front load washer/dryer on 1st flr. Dog friendly

Port Aransas is the best beach town. You are on Mustang Island. Driving your golf cart or car on the beach is a blast and you can drive for miles. Fishing is fantastic in this town. The beach shops and restaurants are great too! It's a wonderful town for families to get together and relax enjoying the beautiful sunrises and sunsets that Port Aransas brings. The wild life like turtles, birds, alligators, dolphins, and fish are so fun to just sit around and observe.

The beach is 0.4 miles away or 60 seconds by golf cart, or about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants are a short walk or a fun golf cart ride just down the street. Head north on 11th street and make a right onto E Avenue G and there the beach awaits you! You can drive your golf cart right onto the beach so it makes it so easy for your family to pick up and get there with all your beach stuff.

-Basic Rules: Any of these rules that are not followed, can lead to a $500 fine plus any damage fees, and immediate eviction with no refund.
-No Parties.
-No Music or loud noice after 10 PM (city noise ordinance).
-Unless prior arrangements have been made with the host, no pets. Service animals are always welcome.
-No Smoking indoors or in the garage. Cigars or cigarettes must be disposed of in a trash bag and placed in the outdoor trash containers. Do not throw cigar/cigarette butts into indoor trash as the odor will permeate. Extra cleaning fees will apply.
-No diving in pool. Do not jump off of the waterfall platform.
-As a safety and security measure we request a picture of government issued photo IDs of all adults that will be staying in the house.
-Drivers of the golf cart must possess a valid drivers license. Must sign liability waiver to use.
-Riders of the electric bikes must be at least 15 years old. Wearing a helmet is required if under 18 years of age.
-Do not keep the pool heater running. Turn heater off when not in use.
