Across the beach from the resort pool with gorgeous golf course and Corpus Christi Bay, this attractive three-bedroom home is perfectly situated in a gorgeous beachfront resort. Perfect for a fun-filled vacation with friends and family! Step inside to find a bright and welcoming living space with vaulted ceilings, gorgeous floors, lots of comfortable furniture, and lots of attractive decor throughout. The upstairs living space features an open concept that combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas, so you can keep up on conversation, no matter what room you're in. After a day on the water, you can stream a fun movie night on the living room's wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space and cabinet storage, and a center prep island to help the group chef prepare delightful meals for everyone to enjoy at the dining table with partial bench seating and space for six. The kids will love taking their afternoon snacks from the four breakfast bar stools. You'll love exploring the many on-site amenities that include a shared pool and hot tub, a community grill, and a firepit, an ideal setting for some toasted S'mores and late-night stargazing. The home's private washer and dryer will keep everyone looking their best during your stay, and you can use the high-speed WiFi to download a good playlist to your device or research a fun outdoor adventure.

Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
