    This condominium unit is part of the Casa on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates are determined by the Co-Owner's Association. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in, unless accompanied by a parent. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for summer holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th. The unit offers a studio, 1 bathroom, with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. Please note that occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

The condo was perfect for us. The pool area ia gorgeous. The kids loved the hot tub. It was convenient to the beach as well. We enjoyed the amenities; the coffee bar and laundry room. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall we will definitely stay here again.

Very clean condo! Staff was excellent! Perfect access to the beach! Family and I enjoyed it tremendously! Only small issue was no street sign to find and turn on property especially at night. But a 10/10 stay.

The condo was adorable and perfect for our family of 3 (2 adults, 1 child). If we had two children, I don't know how comfortable we would've been due to the small size of the futon and bathroom. Luckily, we brought extra pillows and blankets, so I would suggest that for families staying. Overall, check-in was easy. The pool and beach access were great, and it was at a convenient location to food, coffee, and shopping.

Nice condo in a good location, the staff was great and check in process was easy. If you want a clean rental on the beach, this is a great choice! If you plan to rent a golf cart, there is not beach access for it from here, and the road does not allow them either. The bed was also not very comfortable, as someone who has back problems.

It was perfect, quick last minute get away for us. Just what we needed to rest. Right in the beach was a plus got out beat the sun getting up and walked all the way down till mile marker 20 and back. Beached it for most of the day went out for late lunch then ordered some port a pizza and stayed in the next night. It was cozy and comfortable. Thanks for having us. We will be back!!

The cell phone service and WiFi was bad / spotty at best. The walls are very very thin and the blinds in the room does nothing to darken the room at night. There was a constant light in the room. The room itself is cute and the access to the beach is really nice. But overall it was okay. The first night we had neighbors who had dogs that barked all night and it was really bad because they put them on the balcony at 3:30am. The staff handled our complaint well I think.

Overall our stay was good. The room was dated but clean. The halls where the rooms were located out of were definitely older or seemed that way…. Access right to the beach was nice. Very nice desk people.

This condo is really about location. The condo itself was a little run down, furniture didn’t work properly, and it didn’t come with beach towels. Considering this is a beach property I was shocked.

Just right

Our first time to Port Aransas for our Anniversary. The condo was great with all the necessary amenities, the office super friendly. Loved that it was right on the beach and only 5 minute drive into town. We enjoyed the small town experience of Port A. Unfortunately it was cloudy and and extreme fog couple of the days, of course nobody’s fault. Would definitely come back to Casa condos if we’re ever back in this direction, except maybe during warmer days.

The room was not cleaned very well upon entering. There was a dead cockroach in the middle of the room and the bathtub was not cleaned at all. The bed is also really uncomfortable.
