The Space:

Fully remodeled, this condo boasts stylish beach decor and comfy furnishings. A plethora of windows provide an abundance of natural light.



Start the day with morning coffee on your private balcony, outfitted with Adirondack chairs and a gas grill. Take in lovely views of the canal and pool. Gather in the living area, settle into plush furnishings, and stream favorite shows on the smart TV. Home chefs will be delighted to find stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. As dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar. The charming dining space is perfect for festive meals. When you're ready for a refreshing dip, head down to the pool area, where you’ll find ample chaise lounge seating surrounding a 5’ deep pool, open year-round. This single-level condo sleeps eight guests between two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The main bedroom holds a king-size bed and a TV. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is outfitted with a TV and a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin-size trundle. An adjacent bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.



Located across the street from the bay, you’ll enjoy easy access to prime fishing spots and convenient boat rentals. Popular spots within a 1-mile drive include Bellino’s Italian Restaurant, BenchWarmers, Charlotte Plummer, and for nature's beauty, Tule Creek Hike and Bike Trail. When you’re ready for a beach day, Rockport Beach is a 2-mile drive away.

This rental is on the second floor. An elevator is not available.



**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
