Newly built, perfectly and beautifully furnished with comfort and convenience in mind, Baydream Believer offers guests a stunning view of the nature preserve with a sunset backdrop.

With ample parking, the driveway easily fits 4 vehicles. Boat parking is allowed here but will take a parking spot. The location in the Paradise Pointe area in Port Aransas is only 7-8 blocks to the beach!

Baydream Believer provides guests with a complete outdoor experience to include private pool (seasonally heated with fee), outdoor party lights, outdoor dining and living, grill, and sun loungers! It offers the ultimate outdoor experience.

This stilt built beach house offers 4 bedrooms: 2 King Bedroom Suites with Private Bathroom, 1 King Bedroom, 1 Bunk Room (3 full size beds). There is a 3rd full bathroom in the hallway. Guests also have access to a full size washer/dryer. The living space provides a sleeper sofa as well.

The well stocked kitchen offers a beautiful space for those who love to cook, well appointed with everything you'll need to prep, cook, serve and dine. A breakfast bar and seating is the place to perch and watch those who love to cook if you're not the one who wants to be in the kitchen. Full dining table/space allows everyone to enjoy a meal together. You'll have it all!

Home Truths:
- Please be aware that this home is not accessible by golf cart. Golf carts cannot be delivered or rented at this property.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that pool heat is only available between Oct 1st & April 30th.
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.

Parking Details:
- There are 4- 5 parking spots. Depending on the vehicle size.
- Boat parking is allowed.
- Golf cart parking is NOT allowed.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
