Upon entering this bright and airy home, you will notice that all bedrooms are located on the first floor - each bedroom enjoys a smart TV with streaming services and an en suite bathroom. This floor also features a laundry area with a washer/dryer, which is ideal for longer stays. The second floor offers a light-filled open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The welcoming living room is all about comfort with inviting sofas throughout and a large smart TV with streaming services - curl up on your favorite armchair or on the extensive sectional and get ready for an exciting evening at home! From here, access a furnished balcony with views of the neighboring homes, which is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or read a book. The spacious kitchen is a chef's playground with all stainless steel appliances, including a double-door fridge, stove with a range, oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, convection oven, and Keurig coffee maker. Conveniently attached to the kitchen, the second balcony offers fantastic views of the Palmilla Beach Golf Club and a gas grill for summertime cookouts.
