  • A sure bet for Port A fun, this 4BR/2.5BA home is an idyllic Gulf retreat in the Palmilla Beach Resort and Golf Community! Rent a golf cart and cruise over the dunes to enjoy the VIP Beach Experience. Located in the heart of the resort, this snowbird friendly unit offers prime access to the sparkling resort pool and the guest services center. The links-style golf course was carefully designed to challenge and reward players of all skill levels. Inside, two floors of well-appointed living space await. Share alfresco meals in the shade on the covered balcony or relax on plush furnishings inside. Other highlights include custom finishes and a gourmet kitchen. LIVING AREA A sleeper sectional and armchairs provide plenty of comfy seating in the living area. Stream shows on the 55' TV with Roku. KITCHEN and DINING Indulge your inner chef in the modern kitchen, appointed with quartz countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances. The kitchen bar for six offers plenty of space to share appetizers. When meals are ready, gather around the table for six in the dining area. GAME ROOM After dinner hang out in the family-friendly game room located in the garage. BED and BATH This two-story home sleeps 12 guests between four bedrooms, a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a queen-size Murphy bed with a gel mattress in the entryway. The peaceful primary suite boasts a king bed and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds a king bed and a flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and 44' TV. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom features a unique sliding barn door and has a built-in twin-over-twin bunk bed. A half bath adds convenience. OUTDOOR AREA and AMENITIES Kick back in the armchairs and sip morning coffee on the front porch. The wraparound balcony offers space for outdoor relaxation. Unwind on the plush love seat or dine alfresco around the table for six. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. I was a bit upset to find out that 1 of the queen beds is a fold out couch, but the overall stay was great. Clean rooms, nice kitchen, and balcony dining. I'd highly recommend staying here.

The place was great , just felt like i should have not have to clean when i came into the place . It’s all about vibes when you’re on vacation so I wasn’t going to complain. But port -A is one of kind of place will definitely will come back . The place was very dirty and not clean. Good thing I’m a team player

Perfect Getaway

This home was PERFECT for our family vacation. It was pristine upon arriving, and the house was very luxurious. Very well stocked as far as appliances and amenities. Lovely location, loved the incredibly huge pool on the property and such quick access to the beach. 100 stars!

Great spot!

The house was wonderful. Very clean, comfortable beds, well stocked. Great location, super close to the pool. The kids loved the bunk room! The coffee pot was missing the carafe and we never heard back from the management company on getting a replacement, but everything else was great.

Beautiful Townhouse

Super cute townhouse with 3 bedrooms and a bunk bed cove. Comfortable, well equipped and close to the resort pool. Parking was a little tight if you have more than one vehicle or a truck, but townhouse was spacious for our two families. Love Palmilla amenities - book beach chairs or a cabana early to make the most of your trip.

Great proximity to the pool and boardwalk!

Beautiful house in a great location. Very close to the pool. Everything was clean and usable. Wish the refrigerator had a water filter (they had a Brita pitcher instead), but otherwise had everything you could need. Would rent again.

Beautiful Belle

We stayed for two nights with seven people. It was the perfect space for us and the older kids we had with us loved to have their own room. I appreciate that the house was decorated nicely and not over decorated. My 6 year old has autism and can be easily overwhelmed but the decor was just perfect for him. The kitchen is really nice and big and the beds, and living room seating are very comfortable. We would stay here again!

Very nice house

The house had plenty of room for all 12 of us and is nicely decorated. Close to the beach with nice little golf course around property. The sheets in master bedroom had some hair on them, they didn’t smell bad so I assumed they were washed. I wish the restaurant stayed open later, the night we were there they closed at 7. All in all it was a fun and relaxing stay and I will be back.

Could have been great

The house was fantastic. Upon arrival a sink was clogged, maintenance couldn't fix so a plumber had to come out to address it. The AC went out, the problem took half a day to fix, the house was too hot for our two 1yr Olds and my older parents. Even when it was fixed the house did not cool leaving us to temps into the 80 and sleeping too hot

Great stay at Palmilla!

Overall we had a great stay. The smaller pool could have been a littler cooler. We never made it to the larger pool. To many people. It's not as big as it appears online. Subdivision streets are really narrow and parking isn't that great in the rear. The facilities and condo werre really clean and all of the employees were super helpful and friendly. Super close to town.

Great home in a great community.

Palmilla is a great community with awesome amenities! The staff was all wonderful and helpful! The home itself was great for us! It had everything that we needed, and plenty of space for our 4 adults and 4 small children. We could walk to the pool in about 30 seconds! The only downside was the parking. It is advertised as being able to park 1 vehicle inside the garage, with two in the driveway. That is only true for very compact cars. My standard size 4-door F150 stuck half way into the alley/street if I tried to park in the driveway. The garage door could not close with my truck inside the garage. Luckily it was a slower weekend during our stay and we could park on the street outfront, but be cautious of your vehicle sizes and how they’ll fit when considering booking this property.

Beautiful but not for 12

This home would be fabulous for a family of 8, but we assumed "sleeps 12" meant just that. WAY, WAY too tight, and you spend much of your time pulling out and putting in 2 diff. pull-out beds so you can walk during day. Also not as stocked as some homes we have stayed at in Palmilla. We were lacking full size blankets for pull-outs. Mattresses were like marshmallows and sheets on pull-outs were already on and didn't feel freshly changed. Also, totally my fault, as I'm sure it was listed, but pay attention to the fact there is only 2 full baths. That made things miserable coming in off the beach with 12 people. It would truly be perfect for 8 people. We would have been fine if our whole family wasn't in tow, but never again with 12.

Nice home but not as expected

I felt that the listing was not entirely accurate. The “murphy bed” is not a murphy bed and is located in an area that is not exactly inhabitable. When the bed is open, the front door doesn’t open and the door to the garage opens directly to someone’s head. The bunk “room” is really a butler’s panty with toddler beds. That room is about the same size as the half bath upstairs. My 13 year old daughter who is 5’2, 95 lbs was uncomfortable sleeping on that bed. The AC didn’t work for two nights. And we were offered “half off” for those two nights, but essentially we slept in a house that was 79*. We have yet to receive the “half off” refund. The others rooms were very nice and as pictured but the initial shock and disappointment in having at least 2 people without a place to sleep and then another 2 ( in the “bunk”) uncomfortable made for a less than desirable vacation. Also, the WiFi was spotty at best. The two main bedrooms downstairs didn’t get service.
