It’s true that some challenges came up during my stay, but many were due to external factors—like the aftermath of a hurricane—or the actions of other guests. For example, the breakfast shortage wasn’t the staff’s fault; it happened because some guests took more food than they needed, even filling their bags and leaving little for others.
What truly stood out, though, was how the staff handled everything with such kindness and grace. They treated us as if we were part of their family, always going the extra mile to make sure we felt welcomed and supported. Marc, in particular, is someone we won’t forget. His kind heart and positive attitude shone through every interaction. He went out of his way to help everyone, always with a smile, and his genuine care made a lasting impression on us.
I also want to thank the two amazing women at the reception who were so thoughtful and attentive. One of them took her morning coffee every day on the sofa with my autistic son, making him feel seen and valued. It’s a small gesture, but it meant the world to us. Another staff member checked in with us daily, asking if we needed anything, and the maintenance team was equally incredible. These little acts of kindness added up to make our stay memorable.
The property may have its flaws, but the staff’s warmth, empathy, and dedication are what truly define this place. We can’t wait to come back ! "
