The Space:
Every detail in the Dahlia Suite has been thoughtfully curated to create the ultimate Coronado getaway for you and your loved ones. This recently renovated one-bedroom bungalow offers comfort along with authentic Coronado charm.

This unit is a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, providing everything you need for a seamless and enjoyable stay. Fully stocked with thoughtful touches, the home ensures you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

The highlight of the bungalow is its chef-ready kitchen, which is fully stocked to the brim with all the tools, utensils, and cookware you need to prepare delicious meals. Whether you’re whipping up a gourmet feast or a quick breakfast, you’ll find everything you need to make your culinary creations easy and enjoyable.

The primary bedroom features a cozy king-sized bed with soft Bedsure linens and simple, stylish decor, creating a peaceful retreat. This room is equipped with a brand-new Slumber Solutions Gel Memory Foam mattress to ensure a great night’s sleep.

The living area features a cozy sofa, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a movie night on the flat-screen smart TV with complimentary Netflix. Step outside to a charming private courtyard (shared with guests from the three neighboring bungalows) where you can dine al fresco or sip your morning coffee while soaking in the refreshing coastal breeze.

Conveniently located within walking distance to local favorites such as Boney's Market, Coronado Brewing Company, and Saiko Sushi, as well as some of San Diego's finest waterfront shops and restaurants, this prime location puts everything you need just steps away.

Enjoy amenities like complimentary Wi-Fi, a cozy radiator heater in the living room, and an A/C unit in both the living room and bedroom. The home also features a combo washer/dryer for your convenience. Family-friendly extras include beach gear, a Pack 'n Play, a high chair, and more, making it the perfect base for exploring Coronado's top attractions!

The Dahlia Suite is conveniently located near the intersection of Orange Avenue and Third Street, just off the Coronado Bridge. Please note that Third Street serves as the main road to the Naval Base, which may result in some noise. However, the sounds are largely muffled inside the property. Traffic is heavier during rush hours but typically quiets down afterward. We encourage you to check the location on a map before booking to ensure it meets your needs. Thanks!

Explore the quaint downtown area, indulge in fine dining, and enjoy outdoor activities like biking, surfing, or a leisurely stroll along the beach. For a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, Coronado offers an unforgettable experience.

Getting Around:
There is ample free street parking in the surrounding area. Please keep an eye out for street sweeping signs.

Other Things to Note:
As a friendly reminder, the Dahlia Suite is conveniently located near the intersection of Orange Avenue and Third Street, just off the Coronado Bridge. Additionally, there may be guests staying in the units to the right and left of you during your stay. As is typical in multi-unit buildings, some noise transfer can occur, but we kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels for a comfortable stay for everyone.

Refunds will not be provided based on dissatisfaction with the property’s location. Thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out.

This unit does not have central A/C or heating. However, an A/C unit is provided in the living room and bedroom, and a radiator heater is available to warm the space over time.

Pet Policy:
- Pets are not permitted at our home at this time.
- Bringing an unapproved pet will result in a fee of $500 or more to cover damages and additional cleaning.

*If you urgently need housing and have a pet, please contact us before booking to discuss your situation. We may consider allowing one very small, non-shedding dog on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a non-refundable pet fee and a refundable security deposit will be required. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with our policy.

To ensure everyone enjoys a peaceful and comfortable stay, please note the following guidelines:
- Only registered guests are permitted on the property to maintain a private and cozy environment. If you’d like to invite visitors, please contact us for approval.
- Our home is ideal for relaxation, so we kindly ask guests to refrain from parties and loud gatherings, ensuring respect for our neighbors and neighborhood.
- We have a no-smoking policy to maintain the cleanliness and quality of the property. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if this rule is not followed.
- We ask that guests leave the property as they found it. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.
- For the comfort of all, outdoor music and portable speakers are not permitted.
- Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, in keeping with local noise regulations. Please be mindful of noise to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. Guests are responsible for any fines related to noise violations from the City of Coronado.

Cancellation Policy:
Our nightly rate includes a 3% credit card processing fee, which is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. This applies to all booking platforms and direct bookings, except for those made through Airbnb.

Interaction with Guests:
We’re a small family business with two young children. We offer 5-star service and are available from 9 AM to 7 PM for questions. Please contact us only for urgent matters after 7 PM. The best way to reach us is through the app. Thank you!

Amazing Living like a Queen!

The host and property was amazing!!!! Can not say enough good things about this place!!!!! When can I move in?!? From the California King size bed to all the kitchen utensil and gadgets you would ever need! Coronado is beautiful to stay but this house made my trip even that much better!!! Deff will be staying again hopefully sooner than later!!!

Coronado Vacay

The apt is lovely and has all the amenities you need - as advertised. It is on a busy street, though, and traffic is quite loud in the rush hours of the day. Otherwise it is a fantastic location for walking almost everywhere.
