The Space:

Designed by One Four Two Collective, every detail in the Camellia Suite has been thoughtfully curated to create the ultimate Coronado getaway for you and your loved ones. This recently renovated two-bedroom bungalow offers comfort along with authentic charm.



This bottom-unit bungalow is comfortable and convenient, providing everything you need for a seamless and enjoyable stay. Fully stocked with thoughtful touches, we know you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.



The highlight of the bungalow is its chef-ready kitchen, which is fully stocked with all the tools, utensils, and cookware you need to prepare delicious meals.



The primary bedroom has a cozy queen bed with soft Bedsure linens and clean, stylish decor that creates a calm and relaxing retreat. The second bedroom also offers a comfortable queen bed with the same soft Bedsure linens, giving it a warm and inviting feel. Both rooms include brand new Slumber Solutions gel memory foam mattresses to ensure a restful night’s sleep.



The living area offers a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or settling in for a movie night. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the flat-screen Smart TV by logging into your preferred streaming services.



There is a shared courtyard available for all bungalows with open space, a dining table, a grill, and storage for your bike.



The location is hard to beat, all within walking distance to local favorites like Boney's Bayside Market, Coronado Brewing Company, and Saiko Sushi, along with some of San Diego’s best waterfront shops and restaurants. Everything you need is just steps away.



Enjoy complimentary WiFi, window A/C in the dining area, and cozy space heaters in each bedroom for extra comfort. The home also includes a combo washer and dryer that is great for small loads. Family friendly extras like beach gear, a Pack n Play, a high chair, and more make it an easy and comfortable home base for exploring the best of Coronado.

Important Location & Noise Disclosure – Please Read Before Booking!



As a friendly reminder, the Camellia Suite is located near the intersection of Orange Avenue and Third Street, just off the Coronado Bridge. Third Street is the main road leading to the Naval Base, so some traffic noise should be expected. While most sounds are well muffled inside the home, traffic can be heavier during rush hours and typically quiets down afterward. We strongly encourage guests to review the location on a map prior to booking to ensure it’s a good fit for their needs.



Please also note that this is a multi-unit property, and the top-level unit may be occupied during your stay. As with most shared buildings, some noise transfer is possible. We ask all guests to be respectful of noise levels to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.



If you are highly noise-sensitive, this home may not be the right fit, and we kindly ask that you do not book. Refunds will not be provided due to dissatisfaction with the property’s location or ambient noise.



Pet Policy:

- Approval Required: All pets must be approved by the host. Add them to your reservation and include their weight and breed in a message.

- Allowed: 1 hypoallergenic or low-shedding dog up to 30 pounds per reservation.

- Fee: $200; guests staying over two weeks must schedule a mid-stay cleaning.

- Unapproved Pets: $500 fee or more for unapproved pets. Additional fees may apply for damages caused by pets.

- Pets must have their own bed, cannot be on furniture or beds, and must be walked for bathroom needs. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.



Pets must be approved in advance and may incur a pet fee. All pets must be current on flea and tick prevention prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, or additional maintenance required as a result of their pet's stay.



Please note that cats are not permitted at any of our properties due to severe allergies experienced by some of our team members and guests.



Flea infestations can be particularly costly and time-consuming to remediate, which is why we require all pets to be on current flea prevention. In the event a pet causes a pest-related issue, including fleas, ticks, or other infestations, guests will be responsible for all costs associated with treatment, remediation, repairs, and any resulting damages to the property.

Refunds will not be provided based on dissatisfaction with the property’s location. Thank you for your understanding.



This unit is not equipped with central A/C or heating. However, an A/C unit is provided in the dining room area. Each bedroom has a space heater and floor fan for added comfort.



We’re unable to accept package deliveries at this address, but we’re happy to provide a nearby address where you can have packages delivered during your stay.



We’re happy to provide champagne, wine, and/or chocolates upon request for an additional fee. Please feel free to inquire if you’d like to add any of these to your stay. 🍾

Cancellation Policy:

Our nightly rate includes a 3% credit card processing fee, which is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. This applies to all booking platforms and direct bookings, except for those made through Airbnb.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in case of unexpected events like flight delays, illness, or emergencies. While our cancellation policy applies as stated, travel insurance can help cover non-refundable costs and give you peace of mind before and during your stay.

There is ample free street parking in the surrounding area. Please keep an eye out for street sweeping signs.
