On the top floor, you’ll find an expansive, fully-stocked kitchen ideal for preparing meals to enjoy in the elegant dining area. The king master suite on this level boasts an ensuite bathroom and direct access to a private deck, offering the perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening relaxation.



The mid-level features an abundance of sleeping space, with three more king master suites, each with an ensuite bath and access to a private deck. A queen master bedroom and a cozy twin bunk room share a Jack and Jill bath, ensuring comfort for everyone in your group.



Head to the lower level for friendly competition in the rec room, complete with a pool table, foosball, and a movie area. This level also features a mini kitchen for easy snacking. You'll find more king and queen master suites with full baths, and a bunk bedroom that’s perfect for kids.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**

Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and sound side. This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.

The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.



Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
