This is the perfect spot for the whole family, including the dog! Your dog can enjoy those summer ocean breezes on the gated decks so they can hang outside with the family without the possibility of them getting out.
Ground Level: Fully enclosed private pool, fenced backyard with picnic table, covered carport, parking for 4 cars, gas grill and an outside shower.
Mid Level: Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV that shares a jack-n-jill full bathroom with a Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access. Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access that shares a jack-n-jill full bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles, Futon and flat-screen TV. Laundry room with washer and dryer and the hot tub is on the deck.

This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.
