The Space:

Nestled in the heart of the serene Corolla neighborhood, this charming home welcomes you with open arms and promises a delightful OBX vacation. As you step inside, climb upstairs to the top level that opens in front of you, filled with natural light and comfort. The fully stocked kitchen, adorned with modern amenities, beckons the chef in your family to cook delicious meals. Imagine sipping your morning coffee at the bar seating, accommodating four people comfortably, as the sun streams in through the windows.



Adjacent to the kitchen, a spacious dining area can host up to eight people, offering the perfect setting for family dinners. Connected to the dining area is an enclosed sun porch, where you can enjoy the outdoors while shielded from the sun.



Natural light floods the open living room through the multiple deck accesses. Comfortably furnished, this space is great to relax after dinner. Completing the top level is a cozy queen bedroom with an attached full hall bathroom.



Venturing to the mid-level, you'll discover a luxurious king bedroom adorned with comfortable furnishings and offering direct access to a deck, where you can unwind and enjoy the soothing sounds of nature. A private ensuite full bathroom adds extra convenience to this space. Adjacent to this is another king bedroom, also granting access to the deck. Down the hall, a charming twin bunk bedroom with a twin trundle offers a space for younger guests or additional family members. A full hall bathroom caters to the needs of these bedrooms, ensuring everyone’s comfort and convenience.



The mid-level's amenities extend outdoors, where wrap-around decks embrace the home, adorned with comfortable seating and a hammock, inviting you to soak in the sun or enjoy the cool evening breeze.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**

Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and sound side. This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.



Payment Schedule:

50% due at confirmation

50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.

Wonderful relaxing Vacay

The cleanliness of this house was great and host was very easy to contact! The location was perfect not too far of a drive to the beach or you could walk 10mins since your only a few blocks from the oceanfront! Everything was perfect for our stay minus an inconvenient. While we were out at dinner a toilet had flooded the house and was leaking through the floors of the house. We had these giant fans that were drying out the carpet and the heat made our room up to 88 degrees the last 2 nights of our stay! I defiantly recommend this house to anyone assuming they took care of toilet issue, it was an easy 11/10 stay. Also a very kid friendly house👍
