With sweeping views of the Currituck Sound, spectacular sunsets, a private pool, and spacious indoor and outdoor gathering areas, this inviting Outer Banks home offers the perfect setting to relax, reconnect, and make lasting vacation memories.

Main Level
Enter into the open living room, where comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, expansive windows, and beautiful sound views create a welcoming space for gathering with family and friends. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a gas cooktop, double ovens, and a spacious refrigerator, making everything from casual breakfasts to family dinners a breeze. Just off the kitchen and dining area, the charming sunroom offers a peaceful place to enjoy morning coffee, read a favorite book, or watch the local birds among the surrounding coastal landscape.

The main level also includes a queen bedroom, a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a convenient half bathroom. The FROG (finished room over the garage) provides extra space to spread out, with games, a workspace, mini-fridge, and foosball table. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on this level.

Second Level
Upstairs, you'll find two king bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, along with a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. The queen bedroom and twin bedroom share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Outdoor living is a highlight at Casa del Sol. Enjoy the main deck with comfortable seating, outdoor speakers, and a gas fire pit, or head down to the pool deck for an afternoon in the sun. The private pool is surrounded by space to lounge, dine, and enjoy the beautiful waterfront setting.

As a guest of Casa del Sol, you'll also enjoy access to Currituck Club amenities including three community pools, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball, sand volleyball, bocce, shuffleboard, playground, seasonal activities, beach valet and complimentary seasonal trolley service to the beach.

Golfers can enjoy the club’s 18-hole Rees Jones-designed championship course, located right within the community. Tee times and greens fees are separate from your stay.

Guests have private access to the home, private pool and outdoor living areas throughout their stay.

Primary renter must be at least 30 years old and remain at the property throughout the stay. Occupancy is limited to registered guests. 12 guests or less.

Currituck Club amenities and trolley service are seasonal and subject to community schedules and availability.Guests are expected to follow Currituck Club community guidelines during their stay.

Parking is limited to the driveway only. No street parking is permitted.

No pets are permitted.
