The house is old and could use some updating. But that aside , the home is unkempt . Two beds had sand in the sheets. Remotes for 3 Televisions were missing. The elevator floor had not been swept or mopped for what appeared to be the entire season. The bedspreads and comforters were stained. A rug in one room, was an obvious tripping hazard, which would be a simple fix, if someone cared enough to turn it around. Lint trap in the dryer is rusted and falling apart. No trash receptacles or hand towels for the half baths. The “ welcome package” was two dishwasher pods and 2 ounces of dish soap. Ice maker was not functioning properly. The air conditioning vents and the returns a filthy and covered in dust, maybe you could have the cleaning crew look into doing a GOOD job ? Pool area was dirty. Then the elevator got stuck between floors, and two people had to climb out. It took 3 days , until the elevator was fixed. This resulted in two guests departing early, because one of them is legally disabled. All in all we referred to this place as THE HOUSE FROM HELL. For all these issues, I will seek legal advice for restitution
