The Space:

Welcome to Barefoot Bungalow, a three-level beach home made for families and groups who want room to spread out, with the beach and all of Corolla Light's resort perks close by.



The main level is where everyone comes together. The great room is the place to gather for movie nights, game nights or just catching up after a day in the sun. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need, from breakfast in the morning to a family dinner, with a dining table for shared meals. A half bath on this floor keeps things easy for everyone. Two King bedrooms are on this level too, each with its own private en-suite bathroom: a peaceful retreat for the couples in your group.



Head up to the top level for the Queen suite: a bedroom with two Queen beds and its own en-suite full bathroom, perfect for friends, siblings or a family with kids.



The ground level is the fun zone. The recreation room has a foosball table and space to play, a great spot to send the kids (or the kids at heart) while others relax upstairs. The bunk room, with a full-over-full bunk, sleeps four, with a tv, and a full shared bathroom is right next to it.



Outside, soak in your private hot tub, fire up the grill for an easy cookout, and enjoy the outdoor seating and backyard. Head up to the balcony for a beach view with your morning coffee.

THE RESORT:

The beautifully landscaped Corolla Light resort features a host of daily scheduled activities and amenities for the entire family. With your stay at Barefoot Bungalow, you will enjoy the Oceanfront Complex, complete with the Oceanfront Grille Restaurant, a snack shack, beachfront wait service, three primary pools plus a baby pool, lighted basketball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, two playgrounds, and a putting green. Corolla Light also features numerous lighted tennis (clay and hardcourt available) and pickleball courts throughout the resort, as well as the northern Outer Banks' largest fitness center with a 25-yard pool, hot tub, sauna, free weights, weight machines, cardio equipment, racquetball, wallyball, table tennis, and more.



THE AREA:

For a change of pace, walk Corolla Light's scenic 1-mile soundfront nature trail and be captivated by striking daytime views and spectacular sunsets. Immediately adjacent to Corolla Light Resort, you can climb the Currituck Lighthouse for sweeping views of the Outer Banks or visit Historic Corolla Park for its beautiful grounds, crabbing opportunities, three museums, weekly Wednesday 5k runs, and Cork-&-Craft event featuring local wine, beer, live music, and artisans. Also adjacent to the resort, there are numerous shops, restaurants, eateries, and mini golf in the Corolla Light town center. And don't forget to book your ticket for a 4x4 tour to see Corolla's famous resident Wild Banker Mustangs, a uniquely Corolla experience.



Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
