If you're looking for the perfect oceanside home with the spectacular benefits of Ocean Sands Section O, a short walk to the beach, and a few minutes drive from some of the best attractions on the northern Outer Banks, Sandpiper is the home for you. This 5-Bedroom, 3.5-Bathroom oceanside home in the beautiful Ocean Sands community of Corolla has everything you need to enjoy a fun, relaxing vacation where each day feels like the break you deserve! Enjoy a game of Billiards at the Pool Table in the Game Room or relax in the open-concept Living Area upstairs with a large Flat Screen TV that's perfect for family movie night. Take in the spectacular views of the ocean from the Crow's Nest and eat together on the furnished Sun Deck as you experience the sounds and smells of the ocean breeze before taking a dip in the bubbly Hot Tub. And when you're ready for some additional fun, feel free to take advantage of the best of Ocean Sands' community amenities including the Community Pool, Tennis Court, nearby Covered Picnic Area, and a short 1-minute walk to the beach! After one stay at Sandpiper, you'll never want to stay anywhere else.

After parking your vehicles in the driveway (with room for 3 vehicles), head on inside on the Ground Level where you'll find the bright Game Room with Pool Table and a nearby Den with a cozy couch and Flat Screen TV, perfect for relaxing after that long drive to the Banks! The Laundry and a Hallway Half Bathroom are also available on this floor to keep everyone comfortable. And while you're here, why not run over to the beach, which is less than a minute away, before rinsing off in the conveniently-located Outdoor Shower and prepping a delicious seafood lunch at the Park-Style Grill nearby.

On the Middle Level, get ready for some rest and recuperation with 4 bedrooms, a Full Bathroom, and a Hallway Half Bathroom on this floor. Set the kiddos up in the Bunk Bedroom with 1 Pyramid Bunk Bed and an additional Bunk Bed to keep everyone close and cozy as well as a TV. Next door, you can stay in the Bedroom with 2 Twin Beds or the nearby Queen Bedroom with 2 windows to let in lots of beautiful natural light. On the other side of the Bunk Bedroom, snuggle up in the King Master Bedroom with its own Private Bathroom and a TV/DVD perfect for getting some beauty rest knowing that the rest of the family is close by.

Be sure to relax on the built-in wooden benches and watch the stars appear in the clear night sky while the smell of the ocean serenades you to sleep. Whip up a delicious seafood feast in the modern Kitchen to enjoy at the Breakfast Bar, which seats 4, or at one of the 2 Dining Tables with seating for 12. On the northern beaches, you can go on a 4x4 tour to discover the Corolla Wild horses in their natural habitat and then stop by the Wild Horse Fund museum to learn about their origin. For another adventure, stop by the Corolla Adventure Park to test your endurance on an aerial obstacle course. Kids will love the go-kart racing at Corolla RaceWay. Note: MERV-13 air filters (hospital-quality filters proven to catch a higher percentage of smaller particles in the air) were recently installed throughout the home.

Great Week in the OBX!

Location was great - close to beach and community pool. The house layout was great for our family and friends of 11.Kitchen had every small appliance and an abundance of dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc.We will likely rent again!
