Awakening Sun is a stunning oceanfront retreat that offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and fun for your Outer Banks vacation. With its spacious layout, top-notch amenities, and breathtaking ocean views, this home is designed to accommodate families traveling together. The home is thoughtfully arranged across three levels, each accessible by elevator, providing easy access and convenience. And since Awakening Sun is dog-friendly, your favorite four-legged family member doesn't have to miss out on the oceanfront fun!

Step into the first level, where the excitement begins! This level features three well-appointed bedrooms: a King Master Bedroom with a Private Bathroom and walk-in shower, a Queen Master Bedroom with a Private Bathroom and walk-in shower, and a bedroom with 2 Twin Bunk Bed Sets that has access to a semi-private bathroom with a tub and shower combo. Be sure to spend some time in the Game Room with a Pool Table, wall-mounted Flat-Screen TV, and a cozy sitting area that is perfect for catching up with loved ones and enjoying another glorious day on the Outer Banks. The sliding glass door opens to the Covered Deck where a Private Pool* and bubbly Hot Tub await for ultimate relaxation. A Wet Bar with a Full-Size Refrigerator makes snacktime easy while the Theater Room with Theater Seats is perfect for catching your favorite flick on a rainy day or escaping from the summer sun's heat. Conveniently access the Elevator to move between floors and the Laundry closet to ensure clean clothes all week long.

The Middle Level holds five luxurious bedrooms, all designed for comfort and privacy. Two oceanfront King bedrooms come with private bathrooms featuring walk-in tiled showers and access to the mid-level covered deck, where you can savor the ocean breeze and relax with a cool drink in the shade. A third oceanfront King bedroom opens up onto the covered deck and has semi-private access to a bathroom shared with the bedroom with two Pyramid bunks. There is another King bedroom with a private bathroom and a walk-in shower. This level also has elevator access, making it convenient for all guests.

The Top Level is where the ocean views and luxurious social spaces truly shine! The Oceanfront King Master Bedroom with a Private Bathroom boasts a double sink and walk-in shower, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and access to the spacious sun deck—ideal for morning coffee or stargazing. The bright and open Living Area offers cathedral ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace for cozy evenings in the off-season. The fully equipped Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals your family will love with two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two ovens, and a large breakfast bar with seating for six. The Dining Area seats 14 and opens onto a spacious oceanfront sun deck, perfect for al fresco dining with a view. There's also a small front-covered deck and a convenient Half Bathroom on this level, along with elevator access, making it the perfect home base for your ultimate Outer Banks vacation.

Conveniently located 5 miles away from Historic Corolla, your family will love touring the Whalehead Club and visiting the Currituck Beach Lighthouse. For a real one-of-a-kind experience, take a tour of the 4x4 beach area just north of your home to catch a glimpse of the Corolla Wild Horses. After touring the area, satisfy your hunger with some pork BBQ and ribs at Corolla Village Bar-B-Que or a French Dip and Club Sub at Bacchus Wine & Beer Bistro. Les points faibles : Propreté
House was in a perfect location and was plenty big for our family of 15. The kids loved the pool and the in house theater. However the house was pretty dirty, the appliances were dirty e.g the Dyson vacuum was filled with black spot, and many of the pots and pans were burned through the bottom and were in need of replacing. The two dishwashers were nice but the door of one was difficult to close and lock.
