Nice large house and yard for the kids to unwind at after a day touring. My hubby and I went with my MIL and our 7 little kids (ages 9-0) and we had PLENTY of space! « Very nice stay while we went to the Ark Encounter and Bluegrass rail explorer. Long twisty road but worth the drive and surrounding with horses. Super quiet and spacious. « WE stayed for 2 nights. The beds were very comfortable. The lower-level sleeping futons were very comfortable. The kitchen was clean and had plenty of utensils available for some meal prep. There are 2 suggestions: Recommend grab bars for showers, just a safety measure. Also, the listing should indicate there are stairs up and stairs down to sleeping areas. That would be good information for any guests especially if there are any limitations for guests. Overall, this unit was excellent! »
