Villa Renata is build in a sloped plot, which gives the privilege of having excellent sea views from every level of the building. This amazing property literally ends to the sea shore.
The doors and windows are so smart placed that allow you to have undisturbed ocean views.
There is an open plan area of the kitchen, dining room and living room. The area is spacious and fully equipped with electric supplies, TV supplies. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric supplies and various kitchenware, ideal for families with children that wish to spent time indoors. Childrens high chair and baby cot are also provided.
Both bedrooms have modern decoration and offer double size comfortable beds. Also the bathrooms are fully functional and spacious. Bed linen and towels/beach towels are provided.
The exterior of the villa offers large, fully furnished verandas where you can enjoy the exceptional, panoramic sea view and the lush greenery of the mountain. BBQ facilities are also provided, along with a plunge pool that completes this tranquil environment, where green meets the endless blue of the sea.
The property is also Eco friendly as the Electricity comes from solar power.

In case of larger parties, there is the opportunity of reserving Villa Filippos as well. Villa Filippos is close to villa Renata, while at the same time, each villa is considered as "private".
