Providing comfortable indoor-outdoor living, Villa Elia is a comfortable home from home, surrounded by olive groves and overlooking the Ionian Sea or surrounding countryside. An open-plan well equipped kitchen/dining area and a living space with a hand carved marble fireplace. Villa Elia also features such as a sauna and a stunning veranda terrace, equipped with outdoor dining table/chairs and a comfortable place to watch the day end. Villa Elia offers four ensuite bedrooms including a grand master bedroom. Each room is equipped with ample storage and desk space, as well as its own balcony with seating area; a peaceful spot to admire the view. With its own private swimming pool, you can fix a drink from the pool house bar, and cook a perfect summer lunch from the built-in BBQ.
Due to the hillside location, this villa is not suitable for individuals with walking difficulties. If hiring a car, a small car is advised instead of a minibus.
Please note, this villa is in a remote hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 114cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 78cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 157cm wide. The path to the poolside is 958cm wide. The terrace is initially tiled, which then leads onto a crazy paving area which can be uneven in places. There are 10 steps down to the pool area. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 3 steps from the kitchen area into the lounge. Each step is 30cm wide and 17cm deep. There are 9 steps to the first floor, where the double bedroom door is 69cm wide, and the ensuite door is 59cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 78cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 78cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
