Utopia Beachside Villa Corfu

Utopia Beachside Villa is located on North Corfu in a region between Roda and Acharavi Village. Utopia Villa is a lovely spacious holiday villa 100m from Acharavi beach. The property is in a fenced plot surrounded by green fields and can accommodate groups or big families in a living space of 282sq.m. Villa Utopia consists of 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and can comfortably sleep 10 guests.
Entering our impressive property you find yourself in a huge living space with a large dining area. The double glazing doors lead to a balcony offering amazing views to the sea and the amidst lush area. A little further is a modern kitchen which features all the appropriate equipment for its guests plus a smaller dining table where you can have your breakfast. In the living room area near the interior staircase which leads to the upper floors with the bedrooms, there is also a small WC.
Alternatively guests can use the elevator to get to the upper floor. The first two bedrooms have two twin beds each, large wardrobes and share a spacious bath with bathtub. Both of them have access to balcony viewing the garden. The master bedroom has double bed, wardrobe and an en-suite bath with jacuzzi. Here is a private balcony with seating area and views to the sea and the suburbs of the area. A few stairs up there are two more bedrooms. One is an open plan to the attic with a double bed and the other one private, also with a double bed. A small bath with shower and glass enclosure is set here to cater the needs of these guests.
At the back side of Utopia Beachside Villa guests can use a private Barbeque area. Here they can dine and gather all together, have fun and enjoy their summer vacation under the sunshine or the light of the stars. Near the barbecue there is a nice outdoor shower and shaded parking spaces.
The Villa offers free Wi-Fi,full air conditioning , ironing facilities, dish washer, filter coffee machine and espresso machine, dishes, utensils, hobs and oven, microwave, double fridge with freezer, bed linens and towels.
The owners will welcome you and provide any information about your stay. They stay on the lower level of the villa in their private apartment and have a private entrance to the property. So guests will have privacy in all the areas.
Guests are recommended to have a car. In close distance along the beach guests can find sunbed and parasol rentals, beach bars, restaurants, mini markets and free swimming pools.
The center of Acharavi which is the main town is only three minutes’ drive and Roda to the opposite direction also three minutes’ drive.
