  • Une grande petite maison au milieu du village de Loustri, près de Kalami. Service de ménage deux fois par semaine et changement de linge / serviettes une fois par semaine. Serviettes de plage / piscine fournies. 2 chambres (une avec lit king-size et une avec lits jumeaux). Maison salle de bain avec baignoire, douche séparée, WC et lavabo. WC et lavabo attenants à la chambre principale (avec lit king-size). La petite piscine mesure 4, 5 mètres (max) par 3, 7 mètres et 1, 6 mètres de profondeur (profondeur de l'eau: 1, 4 mètres). De plus, il a une corde élastique pour nager sans arrêt! Douche extérieure. UN BARBECUE. Beaucoup d'espace extérieur avec une grande table, des chaises, des chaises longues et 3 parasols. Les plages d'Agni et de Yialiscari à 15 minutes à pied. Kalami à 25 minutes à pied. Remontée raide. Les supermarchés livrent à la villa. Super endroit pour les marcheurs en basse saison. Professeur de yoga privé sur rendez-vous à la villa. Seulement 1 étape dans la villa depuis la route (4 de plus vers la piscine), donc adapté aux personnes ayant des difficultés à marcher. Wifi. Climatisation. Tout ce que vous attendez d'une maison récemment rénovée. Mais surtout la paix et la tranquillité!

Perfect place for your holiday in Corfu

Great place: beautiful Greek house, clean, airco, pool and last but not least a beautiful view on the sea and mountains. Close to Agni, Kalami and Kassiopi where you have great restaurants.

Pepe's House is an absolutely stunning place to stay.The photos do not portray how beautiful the views are and how lovely the villa is. It is far bigger than we imagined based on the VBRO photographs. Outside it is superbly designed, with so many different areas to sit and relax, with absolutely stunning views from sunrise to sunset. The pool is also a lovely size for the accommodation given the location.Inside, the villa is spotless with pretty much everything you could wish for - attention to detail was fantastic.Just go. You will love it.

The Villa was immaculate and the views superb - exactly as we expected from the photos and description. It was well equipped and the outdoor space and pool very welcome.We visited a number of beaches, our favourites being Yaliskari and Kalamaki.We hired a boat (Agni) and had a wonderful day out. The highlight was seeing a Dolphin Display. We had some really good meals out - Taverna Agni and Thomas’s Place were fabulous but the standard was good everywhere we went.Thank you for providing such extensive information, it was so useful and we made full use of it.Wonderful holiday and would highly recommend Pepe’s.

2 weeks with kids at Pepe’s Villa

Great place (inside and out) and location. The kids loved the pool. Amazing support from the host and team during the stay: close communication really made us feel welcome and safe! Well outfitted for cooking, which we did several times a week. We had a great time and highly recommend this property and host!

Stunning villa and location

From the immaculate villa and facilities, Peter and Libby provided everything anyone staying could want. The standard was amazing, and I would highly recommend staying there. Location was perfect but a car is very useful if you want to explore a little further than the nearest beach.

Fantastic villa perfectly located

Had an amazing half term week at Pepe's villa. The villa is perfectly located for walking to three beaches with amazing sea and tavernas. The villa itself had beautiful views and was incredibly clean and well equipped for a family of four. Would really recommend this villa and would love to return in the future.

We had a wonderful week in Pepe's Villa in Loustri. The place is uniquely located and equipped with every comfort. Let me not advertise it too much because otherwise we can't easily book it again! Thank you very much for your hospitality Peter and Libby and see you next time.

Beautiful cottage

All we needed were our feet. Walked to market and the beach. Drank our coffee and ate our meals on all levels of the beautifully laid-out multi level terraces. Just heaven.

Beautiful house above Kalami

An ideal base for 4 people. An exceptionally clean and well appointed property with everything you could wish for. My wife made good use of the bungee swim rope ! Host was excellent and went above and beyond so wouldn't hesitate to recommend Villa Pepe.

Fantastic stay!

Villa Pepe has all you need for a wonderful stay on the island. The house, pool and terrace are beautifully presented and appointed, and the view are simply stunning. The whole establishment is truly charming and Peter and Libby the owners are very friendly and helpful. We have just returned from a very relaxing week at Pepes, and as has been said in other reviews, we can not recommend this villa highly enough.

Beautiful little gem.

Beautiful little gem tucked away, with beautiful scenic views and generous outdoor space to relax. Airy, light, very stylish, clean and well thought out accommodation, with everything you could need. Roumali was the nicest restaurant we used, good food, nicely cooked and well presented and good views to Corfu Town. (8 mins turn left at the church and on same coastal road ) Kassiopi centre with supermarket shops etc. 15 mins drive (turn right at church).

Amazing property

My wife and I spent 7 days in May at Peter and Libby's house. I can only agree with all the previous reviews posted about this fantastic property. Both the inside and outside space were perfect - I spent hours just looking at the spectacular view. You do need a car if you want to get around and visit the local restaurants in the evening. Highly recommended and we do plan to return in the near future. Thankyou both

Amazing

We have just returned from our holiday at Pepes and had such a lovely time. The accommodation is amazing, really well equiped and decorated. The terrace and pool area with the wonderful views are perfect for relaxing and dining. Our first time using a gas barbecue and it was brilliant for cooking fresh fish etc really simply. We love this part of Corfu and Pepes is the best accommodation we have stayed in, Peter and Libby have thought of everything and created a very special place to stay. The surrounding beaches and tavernas are all wonderful and it was really nice to have such an exceptional base to enjoy our holiday from. Thank you!

Total Relaxation at Pepe’s villa

We had a fantastic week relaxing at the villa. It is comfortable, modern, clean, well maintained and everything has been thought of e.g plug adaptors to make your stay worry free. The outside area is a delight with many places to sit and admire the beautiful view. BBQ. Swimming pool is perfect. Easy to walk to Agni beach for tavernas and bar or the local beach where there is a charming bar (Crystal Waters) with delicious cocktails. Parking easy. Staff friendly and discreet. We would return and can highly recommend this haven. Thanks to Peter and Libby.

Fantastic property with amazing views over the sea and further to Albania. We had plans to explore the island, but the villa was so relaxing we didn’t venture very far. The owners were on hand for any questions we had (always very quick responses). Three great restaurants on Agni beach with amazing sea views. They are walkable if you don’t mind a hill or 5 mins by car. We used a number of supermarkets, the closest 10 mins by car and the bigger one around 15-20 mins. There was nothing we could fault about the villa or location. The pool was just right and the swimming bungee allowed us to work off some of the wonderful meals we had. Thanks for having us!!!

Exceptionnel !

La villa de Pepe est absolument magnifique! Tout y est parfait: sa rénovation avec des matériaux de qualité et une décoration de très bon goût, sa vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Kalami, son calme loin du tumulte touristique, sa propreté, ses équipements (climatisation partout, literie, ménage intermédiaire pdt le séjour, piscine rafraîchissante, transats confortables pour buller et ses 3 terrasses pour manger, se reposer ou prendre un café) La communication avec le propriétaire Peter a été facile et efficace. Nous reviendrons très certainement à la fois pour l’île de Corfou qui est superbe et pour cette magnifique villa. Merci pour tout.
