Nissaki, Corfu stunning sea and mountain views in peaceful setting đ â€ïžđ
This property enjoys one of the best positions which delivers absolutely stunning views that will simply take your breath away. Vast sea views at every angle combined with the back drop of Mount Pantokrator whose ravine often funnels a gentle breeze down through the property. Up a country lane from the coastal road this is a very quiet location where you can peacefully sit and enjoy the rustling of the olive trees and watch the boats coming and going.
Due to feedback from existing clients we have installed full air conditioning in the lounge in 2025
Private and peaceful the large fully tiled pool is placed to enjoy maximum sunshine and the full splendour of the views.
The very spacious living areas and kitchen are located on the upper ground floor (entrance level) with an open plan design and large full length glass patio doors giving maximum light and view even from inside the villa. Just above the pool a covered barbeque area with shaded dining area for 8 â a small fridge handy for keeping the meat and your drinks cool.
The Master bedroom on the upper floor with en suite open bathroom (with bathtub and separate shower) leads out onto a gorgeous sea facing balcony, and the remaining three bedrooms (one with double bed and two twins all with en suite shower rooms)
This is a beautiful property inside and out. We were a group of 4 adults using 3 bedrooms and the property felt very spacious. There's everything you'd expect inside, and outside the pool is great - not too big or too small; we used it lots and had great fun. The bbq area provided a shady area for eating. And all around the property the views are simply breath-taking.
The property is up a steep-ish road (our hire car had to stay in 1st gear most of the way) but the owner's directions were perfect and we found it easily.
There are 4/5 good places to eat within walking distance. But allow 15 mins to walk down the hill to them (and 30 mins to walk back!).
Overall, this is a beautiful property with perfect views in a good location. We also had the added pleasure of chatting to Stuart (owner), and the lovely Scottish housekeepers (they were very friendly and provided helpful tips and advice).
We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Villa Theaya. We arrived around midnight and the instructions received before our arrival meant we could let ourselves in and get the air conditioning working in the bedrooms.
The villa was very clean and during our stay, cleaners visited 3 times and we had a change of bed linen and towels half way through. The pool maintenance man also visited 3 times each week.
The pool is fantastic with plenty of seating areas, sun beds and parasols and the view is amazing!
There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms and a fan in the lounge which we found was fine even though the weather was extremely hot while we were there. We did find the beds were very hard and a bit short so these could be improved.
The villa is up a steep hill (beware of the pot-holes) about 3 minutes drive from the main road where there are some lovely tavernas, we especially enjoyed Roumeliâs and Vitamins. We had two cars and there was plenty of room to park these at the villa.
The hosts responded to messages before our holiday and accommodated a couple of requests for which we were extremely grateful. We had a couple of issues during our stay and again they responded very promptly to sort them out.
We would definitely stay at Villa Theaya again!!
