Villa Kyriaki is only a few meters above the well-known village of Kalami, where the English author Lauren Darrell penned his renowned novel, My Family and the Other Animals. The property is situated on the crest of a small hill, providing its visitors with beautiful and unimpeded views of the Albanian coast as well as an unrivalled sunrise view. The villa, which includes 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, is suitable for large parties or anyone who wants to spend their vacation in a stylish setting.
As you walk into the villa, you come across one of the two large living rooms, which has a terrace and a beautiful view of the Ionian sea. A small kitchenette and a w/c are also located on the same floor. The internal staircase leads to the first floor where the bedrooms are. The first bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms, both with twin beds, are on the same floor and have en-suite bathrooms. Each one of the top floor bedrooms has a private balcony with views of the pool and the sea.
On the ground floor of the building you find the main living room, the spacious and fully-equipped kitchen, and the dining area. The large balcony door of the living room leads you to the pool, which has a beautiful view of the sea in Kalami. Guests can spend their time relaxing and having fun while absorbing all that nature and this unique house offer lavishly. On the same level, you'll find the master bedroom and the family bathroom.
Experience luxury in our villa's fifth bedroom, available only for groups of nine or ten. Conveniently located opposite the main entrance, it offers privacy and comfort. This special bedroom features a spacious double bed, a private bathroom with a bathtub, and stunning sea views.
