Beach Villa Thespina, located just a few steps from Apraos Bay (the only sandy beach of the sought-after North-East Coast of Corfu, with sunbeds / parasols for hire) is the perfect holiday home for large families or groups of friends looking for a special stay in this exclusive part of the island. Sleeping up to 16 guests in 8 bedrooms, equipped with a large private pool perfect for outdoor living all summer long, and offering total privacy together with the most breathtaking views over the Ionian Sea, Beach Villa Thespina is set to impress for its prime location, great charm, and unbeatable value for money.



Inside, Villa Thespina is cleverly divided into 4 self-contained units rented together as a whole independent villa with private pool for 16 guests to benefit of the exclusive use of the whole building, the grounds, the pool and the newly added shaded outdoor dining area. There are 8 bedrooms (4 double + 4 twins) and 5 bathrooms in total. The ground floor is split into 2 apartments with 2 bedrooms each and 1 studio. Each apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, kitchenette (perfect to prepare a light snack by the pool) and a bathroom with shower. The studio has twin beds and en-suite bathroom with shower. An external staircase leads up to the first floor where 3 further bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, lounges and the large fully equipped main kitchen are located. The bedrooms are respectively 2 doubles and 1 twin. The views from the terraces are truly to die for and stretch all over the coast of Corfu up to Albanian mountains. This brilliant layout allows the guests to enjoy the exclusive use of all the property and the grounds, yet having the maximum privacy at night or when required. For the comfort of the guests, all the bedrooms are air-conditioned (included in the rental rate).



Outside, Villa Thespina is surrounded by extensive private grounds, paved terraces, Mediterranean gardens, providing the most sensational sea views and total privacy with no other properties overlooking. It is a true oasis of peace and relaxation, surrounded by greenery yet just 2 steps away from the beach. The huge private pool measures 11m x 5.5m (depth 1.1m – 1.7m) and is equipped with comfortable sunbeds for all the guests and parasols. A newly added poolside dining area, will be the perfect complement for an already unforgettable stay. Here all the guests can dine together, grill a delicious meal on the brick-built barbecue, or relax after a long hot day on the beach or by the pool: a spot not to be missed! Large private parking is also available within the premises.



NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week with change of towels. A refundable security deposit of euros 300 has to be paid on arrival and is refunded at the end of the stay as long as no damages are done to the property.
