Beach Villa Heart House with private pool

Villa Heart House is probably the newest and finest villa with private pool in Acharavi. Enjoying a truly perfect location just steps away from beach, shops, restaurants and bars (therefore a car is not necessary) yet surrounded by extensive lush gardens providing peace and privacy, this villa is the perfect holiday home for all those guests looking for a special holiday on Corfu. Finished to the highest standard with precious materials and beautifully finished in local stone, the villa can sleep up to 8 guests in 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. Sea views, wide areas where all the guests can relax together, barbecue, outdoor poolside dining facilities, private parking, complete the setting. Great WI-FI connection both inside and outside is perfect also for all those guests who need to work while on holiday.



Inside, the villa is incredibly spacious and airy. It has been finished with taste and style to the highest standard using traditional elements such as wood and stone. The main living area is located on the upper floor. There is a huge lounge (sofas, smart tv, wifi internet) with adjoining kitchen, dining area, a double bedroom with balcony overlooking the pool, as well as a family shower room. Above the lounge there is a beautiful mezzanine level: a perfect playroom for both adults and children! Large furnished terraces accessed from the lounge open towards the sea providing sensational views over the beach nearby, the Ionian Sea, and the sunset. The lower floor, accessed via an imposing wooden staircase, has 3 further bedrooms as well as a well equipped laundry area. The master bedroom has double bed and its own en-suite shower room. The other bedrooms are respectively a twin and a double and share a large family bathroom with bathtub + shower over. For the comfort of our guests, the bedrooms are air-conditioned (included in the rental price).



Outside, Villa Heart House is a precious oasis of peace just steps away from the sea. The lush gardens have lawn, flowers, shrubs and are beautifully lit at night. The private pool measures 8.5m x 4.5m (depth 1.5m) and is equipped with comfortable sunbeds for all the guests as well as parasols. The pool and the grounds are well lit at night, and there are 2 outdoor showers. The highlight of the house is for sure the poolside outdoor additional kitchen (fully equipped, including cooking rings and dishwasher!) with shaded dining area, barbecue and WC. Having such a large and secluded private space within a resort and walking distance to all the amenities will be a huge bonus! Private parking (gated) is available within the premises.



NOTES: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates. A refundable security deposit for damages of euros 300 is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay.
