« The rooms were clean and comfortable. The facilities were in good condition and the location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. »

« The host was very receptive and accommodating. The property was accurately described and illustrated in photos. I had an extended stay, the amenities were adequate and the property location was central for my needs. The steps to access and two small interior steps could be an issue if one has mobility issues. Would do a repeat stay. »

« A very clean, pleasant space with attention to detail! The furnishings were perfect for the space, especially loved the comfy recliners. It was a great place for the 2 of us, we only stayed one night as we were passing through town but we would have loved to stay a few more just to relax . »

« Very satisfied with the overall experience of my stay, Chad was very kind and helpful with info. Communication from booking to leaving. I would definitely recommend staying here if anyone visiting the buffalo area. »

« Amazing property. Everything ran smoothly and we loved every minute of being there. Hot tub was nice and clean, as was the rest of the property. »

« Great unit for the price! Unit was clean and comfortable. The back bedroom does not have its own AC unit so if you’re someone who likes it VERY cold at night that may be an issue. (the other bedroom and the main room do have their own units). You need to pay attention to the spout in the shower if you have a younger child. Can get hot very quickly. Did not have much interaction with the host. Nice, safe location. Would stay again. »

« We came in for my family reunion at chesnut ridge. Jyl was awesome at communication and the place was in a beautiful setting felt safe for kids to be out and about. A plus was my sisters family stayed right next to us so that was very fun for all of us!! Great stay location to get to EA, nlNiagara Falls etc and people! Thank you for everything! « Wonderful accommodation with spacious kitchen and sitting area. Loved the location adjacent to the blueberry tree farm and the dog bar restaurant. »

« It was a great house with lots of space for 5 of us. Hosts were great and helpful. Cutest friendly dog joined us for coffee on the front porch each morning! I would definitely stay there again! »

« For the good, A/C works, stove worked, refrigerator worked. Unfortunately everything else was subpar, I believe it was rated excellent quality on Expedia due to scam accounts inflating the quality. I was charged in Euros meaning it was even pricier than expected. The room was dirty, really the whole building looks like its rarely cleaned. If the price were $50~$70 it would be acceptable but due to the high rating and the room costing double that amount a night I felt scammed and would not...

« This is an awesome property. The photos in the listing are pretty accurate. Even my dog loved the place. Robert was fantastic at responding to my messages. Located close enough to everything, yet secluded enough to leave the world behind. »

« 'Items like towels provided together with heating made my visit cozy against cold weather spells during scheduled Buffalo travel plans under tight timelines.' »

« Not for seniors or children »
