* Sleeping Arrangements: Plenty of room for 12 to sleep comfortably. Two bedrooms with King size beds, One with two full size beds, twin-over-twin bunk beds in the game room. We also provide a full size air mattress and twin size floor mattress. Don't worry about the babies. We have a permanent infant crib and a pack-n-play!

Everything was better than expected. The house was immaculate. The location was perfect. It’s at the end of a road with plenty of greenery around. We would definitely recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again ourselves.

Billie (homeowner) was the best! Super responsive and accommodating. We had a big group (10) and the house fit us all perfectly. The house was clean, well stocked, and situated on a hill with wonderful views of the countryside. We are already planning on booking our next stay there.

Fantastic stay

My wife, teen and young adult children, and I had a wonderful time at this home in Corbin. The home is so private, on a quiet cul-de-sac with a pool and back yard shielded by a gentle hill and acres of rolling land between the neighbors. There was planet of room, hot showers, comfortable beds, easy access to town and the river adventures, and we had a lovely stay.

Generational girls weekend

We cannot say enough good things about this property! Easy instructions, informative binder with clear instructions, and a view that is breathtaking. The house was plenty big for six of us. Ranging from about 70 down to 5. Everything was clean and easy to find. Quick response from host, and the little extras like dish soap were so helpful in cutting down on grocery buying. Love the no waste efforts! The beds were super cozy, and the pool was so refreshing during the heat wave. The only thing we forgot were smore sticks (we left a set in the pantry for future guests!). My children didn't want to come home. We will be saving the information and will hopefully get to return soon. We'd give Billie ten stars if we could. Thank you for a wonderful weekend of bonding!

Sooooo nice!

The property is as exactly as described, but I’m mostly impressed with the cleanliness, communication, and ease of check out. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful too! We had a group of 10 adults and really enjoyed the pool, grill, pool table, and visiting Cumberland Falls. We will definitely stay again!

Great Family Experience!

Beautiful home!! My family and I, absolutely fell in love with the home and property! The views, absolutely beautiful! The sunsets were literally picture perfect. It was a quiet neighborhood but neighbors all seemed very friendly! House was clean and had almost everything you can think of! From the crib to the ice machine! It is our new favorite spot! Very family friendly! I can't say enough good things about this place, really. Host was just as wonderful! 10 out of 10 recommendation!

Perfect for my family!!

This home was perfect in every way possible! We stayed for a long weekend with an infant, young children and teenagers. Clean with convenient access to a little bit of everything

Large lovely home with a dedicated host. We appreciated the clear check in checkout process, and proximity to downtown Corbin (home of the pokemon ice cream sundae ), Laurel River Lake, and the amenitites of the home itself; tv, pool, games. We were able to experience R&R, Nature, and small town fun with great ease.

Beautiful home with everything you may need

This was the best vacation home we could’ve asked for. We had two teenagers, kids, and a toddler, and there were playpens, baby gates, and a crib, which made packing much lighter for us. The host, Billie, is so thoughtful! She made sure that you have everything you may need from beach towels, to pool toys, to board games. The house was very clean. The pool was amazing and she even came to make sure that the pool was clean during our stay. She also checked in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything when we were there. The house is beautiful and so is the view from the porch! we will definitely be booking here again!

Beautiful property, gorgeous views, quiet, relaxing.

We had a family reunion with our 3 children, 3 grandchildren and my wife's mother. There was plenty of space inside and outside so we never felt crowded. We celebrated my mother in law's 93rd birthday while there. The pool looked pristine, but it was a little cool for me to go swimming.

Home away from home

The pictures and description of this rental did not do it justice! The home is in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful country like view 5 mins from town. There is a play gym and large yard as well as the large pool. The huge deck has a large table,chairs, grill, swing, and pool floats and toys and plenty of beach towels for guests. Easy check-in thanks to the detailed instructions. The huge kitchen was completely furnished and an open layout. Spacious bedroom with big beds. All 3 bathrooms where supplied with shampoo,conditioner, body wash, facial wipes, tp, hand soap and towels. There is a tv and roko in every room. The game room had a nice pool table, poker table, many boardgames as well as a tote of toys. Something for everyone! The master is private, tub was perfect, and a private toliet and stand up shower. They even left a box fan in the walk in closet. Perfect place for big families! Crib, high chair, potty seat, and toy! Stocked laundry room was a huge plus too! I didnt have any issues trying to contact owners and they always responded quickly! I would highly recommend this renter and property. My only problem with our stay was... It wasnt long enough!!
