Glacier Peak - A cozy cabin minutes away from Glacier National Park

  • This 520 sq ft cabin is located just minutes outside of Glacier National Park - West Glacier Montana! You'll find a 1 bedroom with a queen bed with luxury linens, down comforter and pillows. An open living room with two convertible ottomans that can convert into extra living room seating or each fold out into a single twin size futon bed making the property able to sleep a total of four. A fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs! The covered front porch is a great place to spend your morning relaxing and unplugged with a cup of coffee or a great place to kick back after an amazing day of exploring our great state. A full size washer and dryer can be found in the bathroom.

    Our cabin is located minutes from the West entrance of Glacier National Park. We are close to many different outdoor activities depending on what you're wanting to do while on vacation. Hiking, skiing, snowboarding, fishing, rafting, snowmobiling and more we are just a short drive from just about any place you'd like to adventure to.

    - A few short minutes from Glacier National Park - West Glacier
    -26 minutes from Glacier National Park International Airport
    -29 minutes to Whitefish where you will find tons of great restaurants, bars, shopping, golfing
    -30 minutes to Whitefish Mountain Resort where you will find some great snow for the perfect day of skiing, make sure to check out the Resort in the summer as they offer tons of family activities and hiking
    -18 minutes to Columbia Falls where you will find great choices for restaurants, grocery stores and shopping
    -1hr 7 minutes to the East side of Glacier National Park
    -30 minutes to Kalispell

It's a nice little cabin not too far from west glacier. Small but comfortable. It's a good location for visiting the park. It's a quiet neighborhood, except for frequent freight trains passing nearby day and night. The only thing about my stay that I didn’t like is that the owner was sitting in their truck in the driveway waiting for us to leave about an hour before the checkout time on the last day. It felt like we were being pressured to leave early and we found it rude.

The proximity to Glacier National Park is great. It’s well equipped with nice towels, washer and dryer, a well stocked kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, etc.), a comfortable mattress, and nice linens. The bedroom is a tough squeeze, as it’s pushed all the way to one side and there are just a few inches from the bottom of the bed to the wall. For couples who both need access to a nightstand and the ability to get out of bed without disturbing their partner, this is not a good choice. The living room is okay, but the furniture is not very comfortable, and outlets are hard to come by. Most of the windows don’t open, but if they did, you’d hear the train even better - it’s very close and those horns blare at all hours (ever see the movie “My Cousin Vinny? It’s like that). While there is a generously sized front porch, the outside is not a pleasant place to hang out. Will consider other options for next time. This is a functional place to stay, but I would not describe it as “Exceptional.”

Perfect little place near Glacier Nat'l Park!

Thrilled to have found this gem and had the pleasure of staying here! Booking was easy, check-in was easy, staying was wonderfully close to the park and also to Columbia Falls, Kalispell, Whitefish, and to a drive around Flathead Lake. Cabin was clean and comfortable with a little A/C unit and fans, and all the comforts of home (except a hair dryer, ha ha, I did have to buy one of those, but that's on ME, and I actually needed it the next place on our journey as well). We would stay here again in an instant!

Cozy home that was very convenient to Glacier NP. Included coffee pods and bottled water which was very nice. Would recommend for a couple whose primary interest was staying close to West Glacier as this home had a great location and all needed amenities.

The location of this property was perfect for us. It was only a few minutes from the West entrance of Glacier and a short drive to other attractions and places to eat. As some noted, the bedroom was small but was just like the pictures portrayed it. The washer and dryer were a welcome plus. We spent most of our time in the park, but totally enjoyed our time at the property. If we return to Glacier we would definitely stay there again.

I’ve stayed in a good amount of places throughout the years and this by far was one of the best. They really accommodate and have everything available for you there so you don’t have to worry about much. Great location for being right in the middle between Glacier national park and Columbia falls and whitefish.

The cabin has plenty of room for two people. It was clean and had plenty of supplies needed to make coffee and cook meals. The wifi access was good. Washer and dryer were useful. The location is ideal for travel into the west entrance of Glacier National Park. There is a grocery store within about 5 miles and several restaurants.

Nice location, close to Glacier NP. Clean, comfortable, had everything you would need. Great having a laundry. Good communication and response from the hosts. We enjoyed it.
