This property was very quaint, clean, dog friendly and conveniently located to many local attractions and fabulous restaurants such as Vizcaya Museum, Frost Science museum and many restaurants either near CocoWalk or Coral Gables area. « We had the most amazing stay for our daughter’s UMiami graduation with our family. Not only is the home even more beautiful than the pictures (and perfect for spending quality time together in the fabulous indoor and outdoor common areas), but the owner thinks of absolutely every possible detail in providing for and anticipating every need her guests may have - so above and beyond, including incredibly proactive and helpful communication prior to and during our stay. « Unfortunately, our stay at this rental house was extremely disappointing. The house is old and outdated, with a dirty, worn-out couch. The shower was broken, and the pool was filthy with leaves and branches. The walls had visible cracks, and the overall condition of the property was neglectful.But the worst part was that there was no water supply on the last day our stay, which made our experience unbearable.We would not recommend this rental property to anyonePlease feel free to modify it to...
