« This was one of our favorite trips which we have ever gone on! The view from this place was breath taking! Every day it was so special to wake up and be treated with the views over the bay! The area upstairs was perfect for playing games with friends, cooking food, and relaxing. The pool was nice to be able to chill and take in the views as well. « Very clean, convenient and peaceful. Going in “off season” was amazing for us. No big crowds, water was perfect and the condo was great for the 2 of us. « The house has views that are simply amazing. Looking out at the sunrise, Coral Bay, BVIs, the open ocean, clouds, rainbows was great all week long. The road up to the house is an adventure and the place is well set up for our group of four. Enough outdoor space to sit in sun by pool, but also plenty of shade when you need to get out of the sun. A lovely place for a vacation on St. John. »

« We stayed here in April 2025. The house was just as pictured. One of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed in. We rented a car and had no problems getting around. JP met us at the house and gave us advice on restaurants and snorkeling. We are a family of 4 and they were able to split the one king into two twins. It was the perfect set up for us. The best snorkeling and tons of wildlife. We will definitely be back. »

We have rented many villas on St. John and this villa is by far the most beautiful and the most comfortable! Hugo was a pleasure to work with and his mom even gave us a bag of her delicious greens and veggies! Thank you so very much! « Great sized space for 2 to 3 people. Absolutely gorgeous view and each bedroom has its own slider to just walk out on. Plenty of air conditioning to escape the humidity. The view comes at a cost though.. the hill is very steep and taxis are expensive so I suggest renting a car. The restaurants at the bottom of the hill are fantastic for all types of meals. Grocery shop at Moe's down the hill to grill out on the deck. The ferry to St. John is right across from you and to see the beautiful beaches...

"Emplacement et vue extraordinaires mais l’éco responsabilitĂ© ne peut tout justifier. Attention, si vous arrivez hors saison, sans voiture et que vous n’avez plus d’eau Ă  boire vous serez en grande difficultĂ©. L’eau dans les logements n’est pas potable et il n’y a quasiment personne prĂ©sent sur place. Il est bien prĂ©cisĂ© qu'un supplĂ©ment est appliquĂ© si le mĂ©nage n'est pas fait en partant mais il n'est pas fait non plus Ă  votre arrivĂ©e. L'entretien laisse plus qu'Ă  dĂ©sirer, par exemple aucun rideau entre les WC et la cuisine. PoignĂ©e des portes accordĂ©on de la terrasse cassĂ©e. C'est vraiment trĂšs dommage car avec un peu plus de sĂ©rieux cela pourrait ĂȘtre absolument extraordinaire."
