Not to mention, heading seven miles up to the heart of Frisco in the summer will be a blast with Dillon Reservoir waiting to fill all of your boating, swimming, and fishing needs. Golfers can practice their swing at the nearby Copper Creek Golf Course located less than one mile away.
Things to Know 4WD/traction may be required in winter Key Pickup & Parking Information: Guests must pick up their keys at the Copper Office located at 189 Ten Mile Cir #109, Frisco, CO 80443. Free parking is available for key pick-up after 2 PM in the Ten Mile Circle garage and the Chapel lot for your convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Pleasant condo in Coppet
Nice stay, easy checkin and checkout. Good parking availability. Nice amenities both inside the unit as well as on the property. Accommodated a late checkout and the unit was ready before our checkin time, made everything very helpful. Nice views, close to restaurants, activities, slopes, trails and the bike path. Decent gym and the unit was quiet when the windows and doors were shot otherwise highway noise from the interstate.

Very cozy home, it was a perfect size for 2 people, and even if you had 4 had an extra bed. Cute kitchen and comfortable bed in bedroom.

Great stay
Great location on the back end of center village and a very comfortable condo. The fireplace and couch are very cozy and the walk down to lifts was brief. There was some construction going on right outside our door on the last day but luckily we were out most of that day so it wasn’t too much of a bother. What would have made this place stellar is humidifiers and better pots and pans. We had a horrible time cleaning eggs off the frying pans provided every morning. Really though, this was one of the better condos we’ve stayed at in Copper.

Cozy condo in a great location
This property is in a really great location. You have direct walking access to Center Village which is where most of the restaurants and shops are (as well as lifts), or the Copper Line Shuttle stop is right outside Passage Point which will take you to East or West Village areas. The first floor ski locker and underground parking were great conveniences. The condo itself was cute and cozy and perfect for the two of us on the trip. I appreciated the thought put into the "extras" available in the condo - humidifiers, fans, extra pillows and blankets, and I think I even saw a Pack 'n Play in the closet. We didn't have any major issues that needed attention from the property manager, Vacasa, so I can't speak to that aspect which others have reviewed. Overall I would definitely stay in this condo again to ski Copper Mountain (or at least at Passage Point if it were unavailable).

Property management company is horrible
This is a lovely unit in a great location, but the toilet was not working when we checked in. We contacted Vacasa immediately, and they gave us the run around for next 5 days and did nothing to solve the problem. We were even told that they knew the toilet was not working before we checked in and had not fixed it yet. I would highly recommend this unit as long as everything is working and you don’t have any problems that would require help from Vacasa.

On the plus side, the property was in a great location with easy access to the slopes, and comfortable. On the downside we had several issues: TV didn't work, condo was dirty, deadbolt lock was broken, and the condo was poorly supplied for a two week stay. Worst of all we'd call the national VACASA number and kept getting promises that our issues would be fixed but nothing changed. There was no one locally we could speak to, and VACASA refused to give us a local contact. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Renter Beware: 521 Passage Point
The basics are as advertised. However, the service we received from the property manager, VACASA, was awful. On arrival, the kitchen was flooded. We figured out it was a dishwasher leak. Though we booked a stay for 2 adults and 2 children, housekeeping only left us 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels for 4 people. We had no clean towels after soaking up the wet floor.We reported the leak, and were directed to fetch clean towels from a closet across town. There was, apparently, nobody available to bring us fresh towels after cleaning up a flood that was due to no fault of our own.VACASA told us no one could come to check the dishwasher until the following day. A technician arrived around 4 pm the next day and confirmed the dishwasher was broken. He vowed to return that night, but never did.On our 3rd night, VACASA told us the unit required a new dishwasher, but it would not arrive during our stay because the replacement required owner approval.The dishwasher continued to leak and we had to use our towels to clean it up. We repeatedly asked VACASA to have fresh towels delivered, and we were told our request was relayed to the “local team,” but they never came.VACASA offered a credit, but it was an amount less than the service fee we paid.I shudder to think how ownership would react knowing the poor service VACASA is providing! Also, the white shower curtain is bordering on orange and the A/C event in the bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in 30 years -- yuck!

Great Condo, poor management company
The condo was great. Very comfortable for our party of 3. It was decorated really nicely and had a well stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend if it was under different management. We sent 2 text messages within the first 24 hours of our 5 night stay requesting trash bags (there were only 2), some tissues (there was a tissue holder but it was empty), and a humidifier if they had one. I've never stayed in a condo in Colorado during the winter that did not have one. Its pretty standard. We did get confirmation back via text that they had passed our requests on but we never received a call back or the requested items. I've had good experiences with other condos under different management companies at Copper. For the fee the management company charges, you would expect much better customer service. Nothing we requested was out of the ordinary or above and beyond what would be expected for such a rental. Since they don't even respond to minor requests, I would hesitate to rent from them.

You can't get a much better location. Just steps from the village center and chair lifts. The condo was well maintained. Underground parking was really nice.
This would be a 5 of 5 with just a bit more simple communication. E.g., a map showing the office location and the condo location, a note that there are ski lockers available on site, a note to buy condiments (like salt and pepper) if you plan to eat in a few times. All simple stuff that would have made a really good trip that much smoother.

Tired and no place to rest!!!
We drove 650 miles got our key. That was easy to find. Spent another 15 minutes looking for the building. It would have been nice to have a layout of the resort on the site to find the building. Got up to the room and it wasn't clean. After talking with the nice and friendly people at VACASA and let them know what was going on. They got ahold of the Buildings Resort Manager. Who was also very nice. He took $100 off our stay and dinner was on him. We drove
15 minutes down the highway and found a charming and tasty 😋 restaurant called BOLD in Frisco Colorado...After two hours we returned to a nice and pretty clean beautiful room. We open a bottle of Champagne and enjoyed the rest of our stay at Copper Mountain. We can't wait to take the grandkids in the Spring.

We enjoyed our stay just had a very hard time locating the office and the property. Also there were pictures of a pool but there was none when we asked. Besides that the place was nice.
