« This is NOT a 3-star hotel, I was booked into a smaller room but expected to pay price of the more expensive room and they engaged in dishonest business practices known as 'drip pricing' they charged me $49 cleaning fee which is NOT included in the Expedia 'Total price + fees' nor is it on their own website. This is now ILLEGAL in WA and USA. The room was 1 star: sandy floor, sticky goo on the bedside table (I texted about this but never got a response), rust coming out of the bathroom faucets...

Had it not been for the amazing onsite personnel I would not have been able to stay and would have had to seek other lodging. « Price for the room was not worth the lack of amenities. The hot tub and swimming pool were not open yet. And it was very cold in our room. Even though there was some sort of central heating, it was cold.There were wood burning stoves available, but no firewood »
