Hatch's Roost- Formerly part of Cobblescote on the Lake Bed & Breakfast, this charming cottage can be booked individually or with other units on the property. Guests at Hatch's Roost can enjoy the shared grounds, as well as the shared waterfront across the road. Stunning views of Otsego Lake from all over the property make this location a great break in the action of everyday life.



A short walk down the driveway and across the road, you will find your shared waterfront. At the waterfront, guests can swim, fish, use one of the many kayaks and water toys, and relax while enjoying the stunning views of Otsego Lake.



The Roost is a great classic Otsego Lake Camp, mixed with modern upgrades, including a spacious bathroom with tiled shower with frame-less glass, and rain head shower. The open-concept 1st floor, has a sleeping area with queen bed and pullout couch, living area, eat-in kitchen and 1 and a half bathrooms. Upstairs there is a great sleeping loft bedroom, with 2 twin beds for your little guests.



Enjoy a cup of coffee on the large uncovered deck as you watch the sunrise, play in the yard, swim, fish, rent a boat, you might want to tell your coach you're going to be late to the games.
