Guests at Hatch's Perch can enjoy the shared grounds, patio/outside dining area, as well as the shared waterfront across the road. Stunning views of Otsego Lake from all over the property make this location a great break in the action of everyday life.

This 2nd floor, 1-bedroom apartment is great for a small group. Enjoy the partially covered deck overlooking the grounds/patio and the beautiful waters of Otsego Lake. An open living/dining/kitchen area is very functional for enjoying the space, and features an additional double bed. There is a Queen bed in the one-bedroom, again with views of the water. A small efficiency kitchen and bathroom with a shower complete the great little space.

A short walk down the driveway and across the road, you will find your private waterfront. At the waterfront, guests can swim, fish, use one of the many kayaks and water toys, and relax while enjoying the stunning views of Otsego Lake.

Enjoy a cup of coffee on the shared patio as you watch the sunrise, play cornhole in the yard, swim, fish, rent a boat, you might want to tell your coach you're going to be late to the games. It's going to be tough to leave Hatch's Perch.
