Beautiful 3,400 sqft, 4 Bedroom 3 Full Bathroom Lake House that sleeps 18 on Otsego Lake in Cooperstown, NY with 150 feet of beautiful lake frontage. Enjoy stunning views of the lake from the spacious patio or from the abundance of large windows throughout the house or go for a swim!

The Space:
The modern interior includes an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings in the Foyer, Living Room, Dining Room, & Master Bedroom. The large living room contains a floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace off of a newly updated gourmet kitchen to provide the perfect place to unwind after a day of baseball camp games. A finished garage play room with pool table, ping pong and 70 inch flat screen TV will ensure you never run out of things to do. The finished basement includes a living room w/pull out sectional couch, a queen bed, and three twin bunk beds (sleeping six). A large 70 inch flat screen TV is located in each of the Master Bedroom, living room, basement and garage rooms. The other 3 bedrooms have 42"-55" TV screens.

High end finishes including cherry & oak wood flooring throughout, blue stone patio, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, radiant heat floors, brand new furniture, and flat screen TV's throughout the house. Sleeps 18 comfortably in 4 bedrooms two with king beds, two with queen beds, and the basement has a queen bed, a queen pull out sectional couch, and 3 twin bunk beds (sleeping 6).

Kitchen - includes Stainless Steel appliances with a bottom freezer french door -refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, toaster oven, Keurig & coffee pods, and tea pot. It contains a 5 gallon water cooler, spices, condiments, pots/pans, utensils, plates, bowls and glasses for your stay.

Dining Room - Long rectangular table with 12 chairs and server.

Main Floor Living Room - 2 large comfortable couches with 2 ottomans, end tables, and blankets. Pub table with seating for 4 behind the couches. 70" flat screen TV w/sound bar and satellite speakers behind the couch. Direct TV & 400mbps Internet (fastest offered). Large gas fireplace with remote.

Guest Bath 1 (first floor) - For bedroom 4 and basement beds there is a full bathroom with tiled waterfall shower.

2 Office Spaces - Plenty of space to work and plug your laptop into a dual monitor screen to take advantage of a total of 3 screens to work on!

"Jeff's Garage" - Finished 2 car garage fit for a room of games, 8 ft. pool table, ping pong table, and large 70" TV. The bar area includes a bar with 4 high pub chairs. Perfect spot to eat and watch some games on TV.

Patio, BBQ, & Yard - Amazing outdoor views to enjoy morning coffee, the sunrise or a glass of wine at sunset, or have a BBQ with the family on the gas grill. Off the patio is a front & side yard large enough for many games at once including cornhole (baggo), kan jam, ladder ball, badminton, basketball (60" glass Goaliath hoop), and horse shoes.

Laundry - Separate laundry room with washer and dryer and storage cabinets. Detergent, bleach, and dryer sheets are provided.

Guest/Hall Bathroom 2 (second floor) - For bedroom 2 & 3 there is a full bathroom with shower/tub combination with glass doors.

Master Bedroom & Bathroom - Bedroom 1 (second floor) - King Bed with 2 night stands, dresser, and chest. It has a 70" flat screen TV mounted to the wall. "Kelly's Spa" - The Master Bathroom has a large walk-in shower with glass doors, soaking tub, towels, waffle robes, and slippers are provided for use during your stay.

Guest - Bedroom 2 (second floor) - Queen bed with two nightstands, dresser, large closet, and 55" flat screen TV mounted to the wall. Second floor has a full bathroom with shower/tub combination.

Guest - Bedroom 3 (second floor) - King bed with two nightstands, dresser, large closet, and 50" flat screen TV mounted to the wall. Second floor has a full bathroom with shower/tub combination.

Guest - Bedroom 4 (first floor) - Queen bed with two nightstands, dresser, armoire, desk/chair, and large flat screen TV mounted to the wall. First floor has a full bathroom with walk in shower.

Basement - includes a living room with a large 70 inch flat screen TV. Queen pull out sectional couch, a queen bed, and three twin bunk beds (sleeping six).

Lake Access: Like most homes on the lake the access is across the road to the dock to enjoy our provided: kayaks, fishing equipment, swimming, inflatables, chairs & tables, & etc.

Access to the entire house except 4 locked closets. Please respect locked closets and all property.

You'll get a welcome packet before you arrive that will have all the info you need to enjoy your stay, including both practical info (like how to access the house) and the fun stuff (like our favorite activities, restaurants and more).

We'll also be available to make sure you're settled and all your questions are answered!

Cancellation Policy: 0% refund; unless we are able to rebook your reservation. If rebooked, your refund will be based on the market price at the time of rebooking, which may be lower than the amount you originally paid.
