- Kitchen: gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, tile & granite countertops, and all cookware/essentials provided.

- Entertainment: finished garage game room with pool table, ping pong, bar seating, and 70” TV; finished basement with queen bed, pullout sectional, bunk beds (sleeps 6), and another 70” TV.

- Multiple TVs: 70” in master, living, garage, basement; 42–55” in other bedrooms.

- High-end finishes: cherry & oak flooring, bluestone patio, radiant heat floors, new furniture.



Sleeping Arrangements

Master: King bed + ensuite bath (walk-in shower, soaking tub, robes/slippers provided).

Bedroom 2: Queen bed.

Bedroom 3: King bed.

Bedroom 4: Queen bed (main floor).

Basement: Queen bed, queen pullout sectional, 3 (sleeps 6) twin bunk beds.

- Master ensuite bath.

- Full bath upstairs (shared by BR 2 & 3).

- Full bath on main floor (shared by BR 4 & basement).



Outdoor Living

Enjoy lake views from the patio, BBQ on the gas grill, or play yard games (cornhole, ladder ball, badminton, basketball, horseshoes). Dock access includes kayaks, paddle boards, inflatables, and fishing gear.

This rental is available only for Cooperstown Dreams Park weeks (Cooperstown). We do not accept bookings for All Star Village weeks (Oneonta), as check-in/check-out days do not align.

Check-in/check-out is limited to the specific CDP dates below. No early arrivals or extended stays permitted.
