  • SEA CHANGE is a lovely 5 bedroom holiday home that accommodates a maximum of 12 guests. Close to the beach, playground and hotel, plenty of room for parking and the boat. An ideal place to base your Yorke Peninsula getaway with family or friends!

    Open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, electric oven with ceramic cooktop, microwave, toaster, kettle, Breville coffee machine with frother (BYO beans), coffee percolator, sandwich press, electric frying pan, electric wok, rice cooker, slow cooker, electric mixer, hot dog maker, assorted platters, salad bowls, bakeware, children's plates/bowls. Kitchen bench with 4 stools.

    Split system reverse cycle air-conditioner between kitchen and lounge area.

    Dining area with large 8 seater table, Lounge area with large L shaped lounge, two seater lounge, large smart TV, DVD player, sound bar, stereo, CD, bluetooth, assorted books/games. Childs highchair.

    5 bedrooms, main bedroom with split system air-conditioning, smart TV and ensuite, bedroom 2 with small smart TV, all bedrooms excluding the bunk room have ceiling fans.

    Main bathroom with walk-in shower, bath, separate vanity and separate w/c.

    Laundry with top loading washing machine, laundry trough, iron and ironing board.

    Fully enclosed large rear yard with undercover deck, 2 outdoor settings, a wooden picnic table, barrel with stools, flat plate gas BBQ, round fire pit (to be used in non fire season only- BYO wood).

    Grassed area with small swing set.

    Fish cleaning facility.

    Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - queen, bed 4 - queen, bed 5 - 2 x single bunks

    Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

    Coobowie is a small relaxed coastal town with a general store/takeaway, and hotel/pub with Edithburgh only a short drive away where you will find the well-known tidal pool.

    Dog friendly - A $100 refundable pet bond will apply - Please advise in the notes sections if you wish to bring dog - the $100 pet bond will be added manually by office staff when they process your booking.

The house was excellent with regards to size, cleanliness, layout & comfort for 9 of us. The only issue were the instructions that we needed to provide everything except quilts & pillows. For a short stay - we were there for 2 nights, we would have preferred the basics to be provided eg salt, pepper, toilet paper.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is fantastic for a larger group. There is plenty of room for everyone and 5 bedrooms provides a lot of flexibility. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need and the outdoor area is great with a number of tables and chairs. The place was also very clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this home for your next Coobowie visit.
