Five Acres - Sleeps 8 - Private Hot Tub - Pet Friendly - Conwy

Five Acres is a spacious four-bedroom holiday home set within five acres of private grounds near Conwy in North Wales. The property sleeps up to eight guests and is well suited to families and groups of friends.

The house has three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, along with two shower rooms. There is a large sitting room and a separate kitchen and dining area, providing plenty of space for guests to relax and eat together. Both the sitting room and dining area have wood-burning stoves, and firewood is provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with everything needed for your stay.

Outside, guests have access to five acres of private grounds, including gardens, woodland and open grassy areas. There is also a private hot tub which seats up to six people, as well as private parking for 3–4 cars.

The property has complimentary Wi-Fi and is located approximately 1.5 miles from Conwy. Conwy's historic castle, town walls, shops, restaurants and other attractions are easily accessible from the property.

Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park is approximately a 10-minute drive away, making the property a convenient base for exploring the mountains and surrounding areas of North Wales. There are also pubs and restaurants less than a mile from the property.

The property is suitable for families and groups of friends. The grounds are hilly and there are small gaps beneath three gates, so children and dogs should be supervised when outside.

Hen and stag parties are not permitted.

Security Deposit Information

In accordance with the owners' holiday-let insurance policy, a £250 security deposit is required for all stays. The deposit is collected separately from the booking via an external secure Stripe payment link, which will be sent to guests 14 days before check-in.

The security deposit is held as a deposit and is not an additional booking fee. Subject to the property's terms and conditions, it will be returned after the stay.

The reservation may be cancelled if the security deposit has not been paid by the required deadline.
