About this space
Centrally located between Bishop Falls and Lewisporte Lannie's Landing is truly a nature's paradise with the cottage and heated swimming pool (late June-mid September) and Hottub. From your front door enjoy a short ride by ATV, boat, or car to Central's famous salmon fishing grounds Exploits River. Launch your Seadoo or Kayak and enjoy cruising the river. Jump on your ATV and ride the T'Railway just meters from your front door. In the winter enjoy the groomed snowmobile trails to Mount Peyton.
The space
The hot tub is all year round. The swimming pool is open end of June-early September.
The wifi is Starlink and can be spotty.
Guest access
Guests have access to the main house, patio, swimming pool, main house grounds, and dock.
At times there may be guests in the Mini Suite next door and they have access to the Dock only.
No access to the Garages on the property.
Other things to note
There is Wifi but it can lose signal at times. Because it's Cottage Country unfortunately there's not much I can do about that. If you are coming for the Wifi this is not the place for you. The Wifi will be an added bonus when working which is most of the time.
