« We were a 3 generation family group, 2-74years who each found spaces that we really enjoyed, not a small achievement One suggestion is that the large dinner plates do not really fit in the dishwasher, and there weren’t enough bowls for our cereal eating crew. Small details really.We are very grateful to stay together in a way that allowed lots of going apart and meeting up again. The location is great. »

« Well located cottage, easy walk to town.. We enjoyed our stay. It is an older home with alot of character. One bathroom/toilet. Beds very comfortable. Heaters in all rooms are great. Negatives are small- tv remote on/off switch dosent work, have to do at tv- this is mentioned in owners notes. Shower drips constanly, but you cant hear from bedrooms so didnt bother us to much. We had to buy tissues and more toilet paper. Cane table and chairs out front, quite worn out, had alot of spider webs. 1x...

« House was conveniently located to town, making it easy get around. Rooms well furnished with a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor fire & tv which was a lovely addition. This added to the comfort of our stay. I highly recommend this accommodation. »

« It was a very cute cottage. Lots of good mirrors which was very handy for our wedding preparations. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely street, close to shops. »

« Unfortunately this property was a big disappointment. Be warned that for a winter stay, it's freezing in the house. It does have ducted AC but leaving it on the entire time isn't comfortable in terms of the havoc it has on your body. There are no electric blankets on the beds. which means we had to leave the AC on at night. But the noise from the return air grille (located on an internal vertical wall between the two bedrooms) makes it hard to get a restful sleep. The unit also rattles/vibrates...

« The hot water only lasted one bath. Very difficult to give kids a bath with no warm water. The bbq also did not have any gas, which was disappointing after we had bought food for a bbq. Messaged the host about both of those things but got no response. »
